We only have 3 people working in the shop; and at one time just me and this guy I've been having probs with every sence I got their. Iam a really nice guy and help my co workers when needed and have even helped the guy that seems to just do things to drive me crazy all the time. I just like to put in my 40 and pritty much do any task that is asked of me. I think iam pritty nice but now after working their this long I'am begining to wonder. We all shair shop tools and I do have some of my own. I've tryed all kinds of thing to make thing more peaceful between us. I have even returned a shop tool to his work area even though its not his. The guy never picks up his mess I think he is the biggest slob I've ever worked with. He walks around thinking he never does any thing wrong; but to me does some crapy work at times. This guy will do things like leave his mess,trash the rest room,call me names but not directly.
And many other things.Iam not the kind to run to the office.What should I do?

The first night I slept over at my bf's house, after dating for months, he told me something odd. He said I looked so peaceful in my sleep that he felt it would be a crime to wake me. I asked him how long he was watching me, but he said it was just a glance. It's more than a glance if you are looking and thinking that along with other things. He's also said that I'm like good wine which I don't understand as I have never had a drink in my life. He makes sure I have money even when I don't need it and tell him. He's said he loves me a few times, but not much. He loves my children, that I know for sure. He is concerned about our age difference becuase I'm in my 20's and he's old enough to be my father. Is he serious and what does he mean by this, especially good wine? I am divorced and we met up again after years of being apart while I was still married. He told me "No matter who you marry and if you marry, you will always be mine". Stuff like that. What's up with him?

When they turn their kids heads away from looking at me I get upset..I wanna let all those poor Amish kids free to live a real life. A life of choice and freedom to wear a black t-shirt. I don't like the fact that if they leave they are shunned and can't come back to visit their familys. That isn't love and support. That is just plain mean...I am sad for them..anyone agree? ...oh and I want to let their horses free to they over work them. I avoid hitting them on the road and I am more worried about the horses than the people...

whenever people from one area migrates to other area the social fabric of that area started changing. The racism is the attribute of social change. if some one from one country comes to ur country and once the native of that country started filling that his/her job is going to be snatched by the migrant the social tension takes place.The people of the native country then starts harrasing the migrant by saying remarks that r slang in nature. This phenomena is not only limited in case of migration outside the country this is very much prevalent within the country also. In a country where inter regional disparity exists the people from lowly developrd regions migrate to well developed regions and these migrants have to face the harsh reality of discrimination. so even in the era of global village whenever it comes to survival the basic instinct of human nature prevails. So what i think the solution of this perrenial problem lies in eqality.

Why is it when I ask a question, reagrdng Islam or Mulsims, all I get is replies saying I am trying to add a slant or distort the question - How do you expect people to convert when all you do is blast out your paranoia, thinking that all questions are loaded. Some of yuo guys need to change your attitude and see that there are genuine people asking genuine questions, looking for genuine answers
