how do you tell if some one is putting sleeping medacation in your drink or food?

Tell them to drink it and if they suddenly fall asleep never trust them again...Also you can just make your own drink if you do not trust them.

You would get drowsy and have a medicated feeling then go to sleep. If you suspect this don't let anyone else handle your food or drink.
