The tabacco companies have lobby groups that's deeply influential in the government to make sure future policies don't eradicate their industries. Government, though are run accordingly to morals, but a bigger part of it runs according to interest(money).

I just wanted to say for those smokers who wanna sue the tabacco industry for being responsible for their cancers are kind of odd, because no one pointed a gun up their head to force them to smoke.

Though the tobacco industry use alot of dirty tactics to market their products as long as their legal consultants say the laws still allows it.

tobacco use has been around for a long time, theyr is alot of people addicted to it, they sure are making it hard for that industry to stay in business, plus people should be free to enjoy that and anything else that makes them happy

it is bcoz the tax and revenue generated from the selling cigarettes that the government can collect.
