Not insults on Yahoo. I mean there is no clear scripture on a pre-tribulation rapture. What if we have to endure the tribulation?

You have no food or water, cant get any without the mark of the beast. Can't sell anything you have either...unless there is a good black market started.

We all think the latter reign is greater than the former. We all know the persecution of the former ones, like all 12 apostles were killed. Why do we think the latter reign will produce no persecution? Our flesh would like to think this way...but what if its the other way around?

Are you ready to enure major persecution, when denying Him would make it easier...you'd have food and water, shelter.... would we all endure that? I know I would at ANY cost...I am ready for torture.

Anyhow, just want some honest insight.

Why is the NON-Contextual islamic q'uran always teaching followers to kill all non-muslims esp Jews and Christians?

AND YET THEY SAY THEY CAME FROM THE SAME DEITY???!

Bukhari, V1B4N234: "A group of people from the Oreyneh and Oqayelh tribes came to the prophet to embrace Islam, the prophet advised them to drink the urine of the camels. Later on when they killed the prophet's shepherd, the prophet seized them, gouged out their eyes, cut their hands and legs, and left them thirsty in the desert to die."

To hide their evil. Christ says all things will be brought out into the open when we pass over, nothing will be hidden. These organizations hide because if their true colors and actions were unvaled they would be thrown down sooner. By just people.

There are so many people out there today that say they are Christians. What makes you a Christian? How do you define Christianity? What do you think, based on your standards and definitions of being a Christian, will happen to you when you die?

I'm asking this question for personal reasons and for research. I've never denied anyone's right to believe or not believe in God. Everyone is welcome to respond all I ask is that you can back up what you have to say with either scripture or secular resources.

I mean, even with all of the scientific advancements in our world today, we will all die eventually. Just because life is easier and a little bit longer (not even little on the scale of history) doesn't really mean anything, does it? At Church, the teacher of the week stated that he believed that God didn't care about science at all. As of now, I believe that if God created it, then He must have a purpose for it.
