Although some questions are asked in an intelligent manner, I am perplexed. I have seen a question about HIV ( an intelligent question), questions of S & M, and numerous other topics. Why do these constantly fall under the LGBT category. Most sex questions also, no matter the relevance, end up here as well. Is this category just a catch-all for taboo topics that are not mainstream? How can this category become centralized to issues that are relevant to LGBT.

I am not saying that HIV, sex, and S & M cannot be LGBT problems, but the questions only seem to be general.

when you are driving and there is a lane being forced to merge with another late because of lets say construction and instead of getting over when everyone else does, you know right when you see the sign, but nooooooooooooo your too good to wait so you drive past everyone, go all the way up to when you HAVE to get over then sit there with your blinker on, like ok be nice and let me in!?!?!?

I dont want to be the stay at home type. I want to travel to all sorts of places and meet new cultures. I already know about international affairs, journalism, and healthcare being good ones for what I want to do. Is there anything else? and what divisions of the listed would be best? I'm open to opinons and facts. Thanks!
P.S. - I still want to be an American citizen and come home atleast once a year.

I have a roommate who recently moved in with me. Since the day she moved in, she has been very annoying. She talks loudly on the phone until late at night...like 1 or 2 am and then gets up early again and she is back on the phone. I do not know what kind of important phone conversations she is having...but she is driving me crazy. I am a full time student who needs to study and sleep but recently I can not do either of them. I have talked to her few times about the problem but she has not changed. I have even talked to my landlords about it. They talked to her as well and reminded her about the rules in the contract. After that, she remained quiet for few days but then reverted back to the same mode. At this point, I feel totally helpless. Please suggest something (other than getting earplugs or moving out).

Example: Working with a young teenager whom just been diagnosed with HIV, I found it realy difficult to accept her excuse which she truly felt and believed that she was not going to get the virus. She did nothing to protect herself and i still feel she is in denial.

The answer doesnt have to mean it was poor quality ... it could be an item you thought was helpful but then became something that was ..... a negative experience.

Are they incapable of looking at gays as humans?

Do they think we will suddenly start granting animals the right to marry? (They don't even have the right to live a decent life before we kill them to satisfy our hunger for meat. )

Is it simply that they have no logical secular reasons for banning gay marriage, so they have to make up falicies?

And most of all, didn't Jesus say loving your neighbor was one of the most important commandments of all? That and loving him above all. Well if that's what Jesus would do, and you love Jesus, and want to follow his top 2 commandments, shouldn't you have a little compassion? Maybe it's not your cup of tea, maybe you even think its a sin, but who are you to judge? In what part of the bible does Jesus say: "Love your neighbor as yourself, except if they are gay."?

If you're right, they will go to hell, and God can punish them. Stop trying to play God.

What if God had not made sadness or pain; what would joy or pleasure be like? Let us suppose he never made things hard; what satisfaction would be gained from doing anything? Or how about if there were no poverty? How then, would we learn to appreciate anything? What if God still sent burning bushes; would it really make a difference to most people? Out of the entire nation of Israelites who witnessed his power first-hand, only a handful remained faithful and were allowed to enter the promised land.

What if God himself answered every question you could think of? If you knew all the answers, why would you need to experience or learn things, or live for that matter?
