It says love:
God
your neighbor
your brother
your enemy

But it does not say to love any and everybody does it?

The Bible says to come out of the world which I take to mean don't be "unequally yoked" with sinners. Also it says to disassociate with a Christian brother who returns to a life of sin.
Practically speaking how can we love ( not just say we love) some people when we are not supposed to be friends with the world?

1Thessalonians 3:12 And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all [men], even as we [do] toward you:

In answer to your update friend.... you dont have to like someones choices or way they live their life to love them. You can love the person without loving the choices they have made... they could even be your enemy and you still love them. One prime example of showing love to someone who has made bad choices or is even your enemy is to pray for them.... to ask the Lord to soften their hearts to bless their lives and to guide them in the way they should live.

God bless

Love thy neighbor as thyself
JesusLove thy Neighbor - Christ's Answer to Religion
Love thy neighbor was, in part, Jesus' answer when the Pharisees, the chief religious sect of that day, asked Him about the greatest commandment in the Law (See Matthew 22:36-40). These religious leaders had made almost an art form of classifying all the various laws and giving them relative degrees of importance, so in asking Jesus this question, their aim was to test Him. His answer stunned them: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

Jesus was summing up all the law in these two statements. If we love the Lord God with all our heart, soul and mind, loving our neighbor is the natural result. The question then is, who is our neighbor, and how do we love him or her?

(Romans12:20)says that if your enemy is hungry feed him that would mean to show love for him (Leviticus19:18) says Love your fellow(fellow humasn) as yourself. That means ANY PERSON that is nearby you any time, or if you like it means everyone, of course if you expect the exact words the way you use them that would be I suppose a way out of this requirement in your mind bu you need to ask yourselfwould God see it that way, since your neighbor brother fellow enemy are all fellow humans these are broad terms encompassing all fellow humans be it brother neighbor fellow enemy they are all human beings and thereforeare considering everybody, because everybody fits into one of those categories of neighbor brother Sister, and even enemy so that denotes that everyone is included especially since in that is even your enemy included so that then would mean for sure that it includes every one, that what you are asking for the exact word everyone is like some people say that smoking is not mentioned as bad in the Bible, that is true, but what is mentioned is that we are to look after our bodies well and if we are corrupting them with cigarette smoking, then that shows a disrespect for our life, considering that now it is well known that smoking causes all sorts of sickness due to its defilement of our bodies both for the smoker and for the neighbor who is forced to take in second hand cigarette smoke of the smoker, so then that would also show that the smoker dpoes not have love for their fellow humanwouldn't it?to be peaceable would mean showin love tooo righ? well I think so, if one is not peaceable then one would be at war so is war loving?or is it uncairing, I would say the latter is the way it is(Romans12:18 tells us to be peaceable with all men, of course all men would include women also, there so it is really saying all humans!

Well that basically covers any and everybody. It also says kill your enemys your brother and your neighbor if they dont believe what you do. It's almost like it was written by multiple people with contradicting conclusions supposedly spoken from god. I guess god liked to change his mind on the whole spilling innocent blood thing every once and a while.

You can love your neighbor without even knowing them, let alone associating with them.
You just have to care about other human beings, have respect for them, not want to harm them, etc.

Everyone is your neighbor. The world today is flat, meaning everyone is connected by something; electronics, mainly.
