are there any people left that haven't had sex by the age of 16? or even 15?
the world freaks me out now. people talk about sex so casually it seems to have no meaning anymore..like it's just something you do for fun, and not to show love or affection.
are there any other people that think you should wait at least a year before having sex with someone? I mean, it seems really serious to me, like you're giving someone something you don't want every other guy to experience. plus, i'd like to think they'd be 'the one', and it's kind of hard to tell after a few months.

but claim to be "latinos"? And why do so many of you are so dumb that think that latino is a race? What do you know about Latin America beside that's it's the land of your parents/ grandparents/ great grandparents?

In the gnostic gospels Jesus was not about salvation, he taught about enlightenment.

Why did the church desire to keep the feeble minded ignorant? Don't misunderstand, there are many wonderful intelligent Christians. They put the bible in a correct perspective and do not take it literally. I bet they hold on to their money as well. Benny Hinn will not see any of their checks.

Okay, I believe in ghosts. I know CREEPY. But the night before my grandfather died, I woke to hear his voice whispering my name. I was the last to hear from him. I see someone coming after me everyday. I used to play tricks with my friends minds, and I'd pass out and see someone and talk to them. But now, I actually DO pass out and talk to someone. I am very scared, and I have a difficult, dark past. How can I get over it??

i think that even if christianity is some way was true, i think that many of the things that people see as rationally suspect are really god's way of testing christians sympathy for others.

for example, if god to be real, i would imagine that he only stated that homosexuality was sinful not because it really displeased him in any way, but only because he wanted to test the character of christians and see how they would treat people who obviously were not in "chosen" sin. are there any christians that think along these lines?

I have led a very sheltered life. My mom tried her best to yield me from all the bad in the world. But as an adult I was dumbfounded when I realized that rascism toward gays, blacks & all other ethnic groups is not just something you see in the movies. I now have a teenager who knows more at her age than I did when I was 25, but do you think that's a good thing? Do those of you who have kids try & keep the bad out or do you tell them the way the world really is?

I am going to start university this fall and when I get there I want to move into a more gender-neutral territory if not slightly masculine.

What are some names that are vague and could be seen as belonging to a person of any gender? If it helps, my first initial is E but my current nickname starts with L.

I don't want to completely make up a name, but I don't want people to assume something just because of my name.

I see people that do not question Adam and Eve AT ALL.

These beliefs, stories, etc are written by humans, not God. The fact is that these 'holy books' are people's beliefs. I mean in one religion it says Jesus is the ONLY way. Jesus claimed to be the SON of god, maybe what he met is we are all his sons and daughters. Jesus had his own beliefs and branched off from his jewish faith, which many people overtime did also.

What I think is that we should live rightful lifes, cling on the what time we have, enjoy everything, be a good person, and never deny God, just question who God is. I will never deny the existence of God, but I will always question it.

Just to clear the air, I'm a guy, 19 y/o.

I just got off the train, and I noticed this group of kids, possibly a year or two younger than me. I started walking away, and all of the sudden, I hear them making a comment about how I dress. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I dress like super goth, but just "not the norm", but still subtle. Someone from that group kept yelling out the same insult over and over. Now, I could have went back there and confronted the person, but it wasn't worth it. I could have, granted I'm not the most intimidating person when it comes to 1 VS a group of people, but I COULD have. Now, I'm just filled with anger. Why would random people insult me by how I dress when the area is filled with possibly hundreds more people who are more different?

How am I supposed to deal with things like these? So I'm different. How am I supposed to react when someone ignorant is making fun of me? I'd get into a fight, but that'll only make me look dumber. What do I do?

on one hand th bible teaches an eye for an eye on the other it teaches to turn the other cheek

My belief is that if we took an eye for an eye then we'd all be blind so we should turn the other cheek.

Does this mean we should let people walk all over us?
