Something that if people knew you'd probably lose friendships or any type of relationship because of it

Okay, my New Year's resolution (and yes I will succeed) is to read the bible Chronologically in a year reading a little bit every day. I am wanting to have some kind of worksheet to go along with my reading that I can fill out each day when I read. This is what I have found so far, but it isn't really something that I can fill out each day. Any ideas that relate to this one?

1. Observe: What does it say?
•Read the passage through two or three times.
•Identify the main subject. For clues, watch for repeated words or ideas.
2. Interpret: What does it mean?
•What is being said about the main subject?
•Try to identify the author's—not your—timeless principle(s).
3. Apply: What do I need to do?
•Is there an example to follow?
•Is there a sin to avoid?
•Is there a promise to claim?
•Is there a command to obey?
•Is there a challenge to face?
•What do I need to do, and when?
As you finish studying:
•Write down any unanswered questions you have about the passage. Later on, bring these questions to someone you trust in order to understand better.

•End your study by writing out a prayer to God in response to what you just learned from Him.

and evil, then what purpose does the Bible serve? Given that the Bible is supposed to serve as a guide to the knowledge of what is good and what is bad.

I think Jews commerate a person's death by lighting a candle, but I am not sure if they do this. Do they simply light a candle and watch it burn?

He didn't trust or believe in the church nor did the Gnostics.

He believed God could be found anywhere you chose to look for him even within ones self, so did the Gnostics.

He said to seek truth which is basically saying to be open minded and intelligent, this is the primary way of thinking for a Gnostic.

And in the end the church had the Romans kill both Christ and the Gnostics for for being open minded and truthful.

The both seem very similar to me in numerus ways.

I regularly attend a Catholic church and am wondering how I might be able to take home a small container of holy water. Is this even possible? Is there a special way to obtain it, or am I allowed to take it from any of the containers before or after mass?

I believe in God but compare God to the big bang theory. I mean there is no way we were made from a freak nature accident when some randon atoms can together and made us. I mean what is the odds of having all the parts of a clock and then randomly they put themselves together and make a clock.

A certain people pass this list around and according to them they are responsible everything for inventing everything from the broom, toothbrush, pencil. My history Professor got into trouble when he started a joke whenever anyone asked who invented clippers, glue, clipper; that Private or Sargent so and so of the Confederate Army made it. Everyone got into the spirit laughing their butts off answering at least one question on test in other subjects in that manner; then the school paper, radio station, campus police (speed limit question) got into the act. Then someone off campus turned him in for being a racist. Being tenured, he had but one problem reputation and us, but when he apologized and quit. We and I mean everyone has kept in going. Outsiders like the ACLU are complaining we are brainwashed, we think it funny are trying to prove a point besides it being hilarious. What do you think?
