There is no law that says Victor should return the booty or once gifted should be returned.Maharajah Ranjit Singh the last Indian to posses wanted to gift the Diamond to Lord Jagannath in Puri but the Britishers got it willed to them at the time Maharajah was in deathbed.Even otherwise to which India should Britain return the Diamond, undivided one or India of today. Then what happens to Pak's claim?

Nope. If anything, they should sell it on the open market to pay for 1/1,000,000 of a perecent of the damage India's out of control population growth is doing to the world.

Or, turn it over to the decent Hard working americans who are loseing jobs to indians willing to work for $.08 an hour.
