Where do you get this notion that God has to follow any rules at all?
God does what He does because of Who and What He IS, not because He HAS to...

No there is no reason to conclude that.
If there is no God you cannot expect to make that conclusion.
First prove there is a God.

Jesus became a man, made from woman, under the law, and allowed himself to be subject to it.
He kept the law, perfectly.
Then, he did away with it, forever.

Well, sinse he told people not to kill, and He does alot, I would guess not. To me, God is very "Do as I say and not as I do."
