After researching the state of the orphanages and many female Chinese orphans (many die in the orphanages), my fiancee and myself have decided that we would be much more fulfilled adopting a child from China as our second or third child, rather than adopting domestically, which is in no way an ideal situation, but where welfare is guaranteed.

I've researched a little on the process, from what I've seen it should cost somewhere between 15,000-25,000. Is this accurate?

Also, what should we expect in the adoption process, at what intervals do reports need to be taken and such?

As a Christian, I shouldn't think this way. But there were times I really questioned the existence of God, especially when going through unbearably tough times. At the time, I felt like if there was indeed a God, He wouldn't let me go through severe depression and lust problem. I also felt like if indeed God is out there, many innocent people wouldn't suffer or die by the hands of evil people.
Now I believe in heart that God exists. I believe He exists, is watching every good & bad things going on around the world, and will show humankind how precioius, amazing life can be through trials and errors.
To all the Christians here, what is the sure sign that God exists? How can you really believe in Him without being able to actually communicate in voice or seeing Him in person?

The problem is, if this guy doesn't actually like me, then our whole friendship circle -- which is exactly the same and comprises of about 50 people (I live in university)-- then I will be the laugh of the town, mostly for being gay...
I'm actually attracted much more to women than guys, but every once in a while someone's personnality will strangely mark me in that way... And this guy does that.
Both he and I go out with lots of girls (and love it), but I recon there's a good chance he's also got a little queer part to him. I cannot be sure though. If I tell him and I'm wrong, then it's all over for me...
What to do?

I am appauled at so many parents feeding that whole Santa story to there kids for god sakes people CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT CHRIST HENCE THE NAME CHRIST-mas. People say that we are spoiling kids chritmas's by telling them that the jolly old fat guy who breaks into your house isn't real but at least we're telling the truth. I just don't understand how parents can look there kids in the eye and tell a BOLD FACE LIE! People are forgetting what christmas is about. Christams is about Christ birthday thats why I don't understand the whole "X-mas" all that is is taking Christ out of Christmas thats like saying it's your birthday and celebrating your sibling instead of you. If it's your birthday then you should be celebrated.
