I'm so devoted to his holy noodleness that I've even taken the name of our religion as my own.

to February Rain, why do you say that you've never had to? How do you know and could you have done so without knowing it? I know that you don’t believe that you had to because you don’t believe that there is an ipu, but how do you know that there’s not? How does the knowledge that there is no ipu, or that God does not exist, reside in your mind? When presented with evidence for the existence of God what do you do with it? Only you know what the evidence is that you have been presented with personally because God calls each person, one at a time, in the way that only that person can hear. He calls us to believe in his son.

I can honestly say that I have the same amount of faith in the existence of the FSM, the IPU, and any other gods.
