My mom doesn't like Christmas at all. Every year she tells us that we won't do presents. Me and my sisters always get something for each other. And my dad always get us some stuff. So our Christmas isn't horrible but most of the time it's kinda depressing, wondering whether we'll get presents any presents or not. I know presents isn't what Christmas is about. But it's exciting waiting a hoping for that gift that you really want, and wondering what's underneath that wrapping paper.

I believe in jesus cause i have felt his rain of blessings. When i was saved i got babitised the same day. I felt all my sin wash away and i felt like a new person. When you pray for something and it happens its a mirical. I had bladder problems at night, but when i asked for god to heal me he did and it felt wonderful to go to my friends and not have to worry about what i drink and what i dont. So i chose after that, that i would stick with god and praise him.

For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that who so ever believeth in him shall not parish but live an eternal life.
John 3:16

List a specific example and documented support for it. List equal number of pros and cons of the example given.
Isn't it just outrageously coincidental that before I submitted this post it was automatically put into the Cultural Group calle LGTB??? Now I KNOW without a doubt they are pro-immorality!

There is a prophetic statement in Sahih Bukhary that prophet Muhammed captured the leader of a Jewish tribe (with the name Kenana Ibn Al Rabie) and tortured him to tell Muslims about a treasure he was hiding. After torturing the man, prophet Muhammed KILLED him and enslaved his wife (her name was Safeya).

After a few hours of killing the man, in his way back from the battlefield, prophet Muhammed proposed the new widow for marriage and he really married her after FEW HOURS from killing her husband, father and her whole family.

I was shocked to read that story because I ahve always thought that prophet Muhammed was a real GENTLEMAN with high morals. Was it ethical from him to marry a woman a few hours after killing her whole family?

I am doing a presentation on Russia for my sons 1st grade class, and while I would love to translate all the kids names, I have been unable to find a site that does that, so I am looking to find out for my son - Daniel, so I can at least tell the kids his name. Thanks!!

When people like "coon killer" or others that purposely post questions that are clearly racist or other dumb questions, why not just ignore them completely? I know when answering, you sometimes are subjected to reading these idiots answers, but you don't have to respond. It only adds fuel to their fire. They are looking to stir up trouble and everyone is all too willing to accommodate them. It's like a bully, if you ignore them, they eventually go away. Yes, you could report them, their account gets deleted, then they resurface with another name and account. On some occasions they resurface with the same exact name. Ignore them people... let's band together and wipe out Ignorance....LOL

People acknowledge that they cannot prove their faith, but they still believe. I think they still believe because its not about proof or logic. It's about putting a positive and meaningful spin on life, and relying on faith shields them from evidence to the contrary.

Most athiests didn't come from atheists parents, so most likely they went through the same kinda "brainwash" we were all subjected to, so how did you break away?
Secondly, where do you draw the "warm and fuzzy" feeling religious people say they get from religion, you know like "hope"?

Evil is some times linked to the Devil and things of a vile nature. But sometimes so called evil things happen to people and it has actually had a good effect on them. Examples please. One example would be the man named Job in the bible. Does this example happen today?
