He will return to Earth in modern day, and the Bible says that He will be coming on the clouds with every angel of Heaven (billions of them) and every eye on Earth will see Him. His saved people, the resurrected dead and the living, will be caught up to meet Him in the air. He will not touch the ground this time. (This is how we will be able to distinguish a false Christ from the True One.) The wicked living will be slain by the brightness of His coming. After we leave, the Earth will be left dark, desolate and unpopulated.

if he came back today and saw how his followers lived. and saw that most of them are paganized by thier traditions. and very few actualy try to live the way Jesus showed us. and most refuse to listen to someone who knows what they are doing that is wrong. it is to hard for them to give up the things that are wrong. it will sadden him to find that only 1/3 of the people that claim to serve him, are actualy serving him.

He'd be a teacher in an inner city school. He'd really help a lot of kids aspire to great things. He'd be underpaid, under appreciated, and it wouldn't bother him. He'd turn down opportunities to advance his career so he could continue to work directly with the kids.

He'd retire quietly and do volunteer work. Eventually he would die. His funeral would be simple and attended by the family and friends who loved him.

There are lots of men and women around like that. I think we should be thankful for them.
