he had 4 half-brothers and half-sisters, so how could she have been a virgin till she died?

Christians prove their own religion wrong. They say that god loves all of "his children" but then hates and condemns people all the time. You're all so stupid. Why don't you get off the fantasy BS and try going to real facts? You all say "god hates homos" and then in the same breath say that everyone is loved by god. You all suck so much, you make no sense. None of you can prove it right. You only hate based on what's different than you. Then you make questions on here asking why gays hate christians? Well you have your answer right there. How dare you call yourselves good people. You all should be the ones who burn in hell.

is it really that bad if people want to say happy holidays instead? i understand that you're doing your religious thing on that day, but so are other people of other faiths. faiths which deserve as much recognition as your holiday. christians, we all know that christmas is rooted in pagan origins, so accept that and then celebrate what christmas means to you. pagans, we all know they absorbed the holiday and a lot of bad things happened in history, so accept it and celebrate it as you already do. everybody quit playing the blame game and things would go a lot more smoothly. everybody needs the holiday lovins.

adopt some of the Jewish observances and make them Christian?

The Jews have some really fun observances, such as the one where a 16-year-old get lots of money on the birthday. Think of how many more paid holidays we could have in a year.

Apologies to our Jewish friends if I'm getting the age wrong for that one.

Why is it that America think that are worl leaders. I dont recall there being a vote on the best country and them winning . Personally it seems as though they gave themselves that title .
In my opinion they would have some bottom in any vote or poll , Purely on the basis that they are not the most thoughtful , inteligent or anything decent bunch of folk in this wide world , Granted they know how to dominate the poorer countries and then bleed them dry but that just means they are bullies and who likes them ........................

Does any one know who started the tradition about mistletoe, and how did they come up with the name. I mean isn't mistletoe a weed? and when they started this tradition it must not have caught on very well, so maybe that's why they started to hang it up on door post , just to see if they could catch some one under it, or maybe the person was just real ugly and needed some surprise affection. and they must have been poor, because it's a real cheap weed, couldn't they have picked a flower instead? never the less I would like to know how this tradition got started. thanks in advance.
