You know if they'd call me by my proper title then maybe I'd be more willing to help out this world. But I think I'll steal and lie and make a mockery of everything in the world instead because "they" are unwilling to do everything MY way.

Think the ACLU would back me in a law suit on this one?

The Times, London has slagged off Wayne Rooney for spending a bomb on a shopping spree in New York City. They chastized his excess because they said it was equal to the GNP of some starving African country.

Stuff which used to cost £10 now costs £100. It is called greed and has more to do with the seller than the buyer. The UK and USA too have become money-mad and many businesses are owned by the multinationals. The product stinks and the prices are extreme.

In the 1970s you could get a hotel room in London, with a full English breakfast, for about £15. Some of the skyscraper hotels used to offer rooms (which they did not sell) at hugely discounted rates. Not true today. With multinational ownership you don`t even get an English breakfast. So b****** Renee Zellwegger with her `craving` for beans on toast.

In the 1980s I rented a flat next door to Lloyd-Weber which cost £240 pcm.

We're on our very early 20's . Weve got the Jack and Ennis relationship.. im more like Jack and he's ennis. You know brokeback. As close to the movie as it gets, minus the Cowboy theme, more like lifelong straight friends. He had to move away to Europe for Work, I was going to go with him to start out something, but I got accepted to gradschool and i decided to stay behind for two years. Ive never felt anything so deep, meanigful and passionate in my life. More so that any girlfriends that i have. It's true manly love. Every day, life is like hell for me... I feel like gave up my heart for my future.. We keep in contact everyday through email, and phonecalls. Still im worried that him and I being separated for a long time would change things. He and I are not queer, and not into the queer lifestyle. He's the only guy that ill ever love. I dont know, sometimes i feel like jumping on the next flight to Europe.

Any comments?

I read this a couple years ago and am rereading it now. I quite enjoy it, and I find it fascinating. I am not a Christian, but Lewis presents a very different face of Christianity than what's commonly seen today.

Has anyone else read this? What are your thoughts on it?

And, for those who have read it, can you recommend some more of the old theologians like this to me? Next on my book pile are G.K. Chesterton's Orthodoxy and St. Augustine's City of God.

Ecclesiastes 25:22 "Of the woman came the beginning of sin, and through her we all die." (from the Catholics Bible) Women in the Bible are considered evil !!!

Leviticus 12:2-5, if a woman gives birth to a baby boy, then she becomes unclean for 7 days. But if she gives birth to a baby girl, then she becomes unclean for 14 days. This verse is another proof that women in the Bible are disliked to be born !.

Why do we have to see vicars and church congregations on our televisions when ever their is a crisis as if they really care.
These poor unfortunate girls would have been made most unwelcome this time two weeks ago if they would have sat down next to a 'stuck religious upper class twit' in a church of england.

Only the Salvation Army reach out to all people drug addicts and alcoholics.
