YES. They are not only outdated, sexist, racially bigoted assaults on our modern-day multicultural Soviet, er I mean social miracle but they are a Capital Gain.
If they were presents in terms of peerages, well that's a completely different story because everyone does it and why bite the hand that feeds you.
And if you're Jewish and you get a peerage- that's also not really technically a present because you don't really believe in gift-exchanges.
Tony and I will be wearing fire retardent trousers anyway so poo-poo to you, and I shall be coming through the front door in a multi-faith costume as I am far too fat.

Heck no! Haven't you heard of the Global Economy and the Free Trade Agreements. The US government now gets all of its taxes from the dissapearing middle class. Goods brought into this country are duty free!

well in theory they have already been taxed at point of purchase but i will think you will find that you can recieve a "gift" of upto £3000 before its considered taxable. so it pays to be tight at xmas lol!
