Like the loading of an AK, the machine spins through it's rounds. But, we so rarely hit the target. What are we aiming at? The head or the testicles? It's rhetorical. Answer the main question please.

You stand by purpose positioned on the sideline, watching, to smart to understand, to big to focus, to deaf to separate static noise and voice, to full of it to absorb simplicity, to spoiled to suppress the brat, leaning on your testicles, targeting air.

You can not conclude based on your position that people hide feelings.

Generally people tend to hide their feelings as they do not like to be judged or seen as inferior.
Most people will put up a front, the public side and the private side.
As a professional manager there is a business face i have to put on when i am at work but i can (do) not use the same attitude at home as my wife would probably (definitely) slap me.
I can be a bit of a clown at times but i feel that there is a time and place for it, my employees know when i am in a good frame of mind and act appropriately, if something pi**es me off during the day or i have an unexpected deadline then i will close my office door.

They hide there true feeling away because they don't know how to talk about them. Or sometime they have hidden them away for that long they truly don't know what thoughts or feeling are. But the thing is when them feeling start to come to the surfaces that's when you started having all the problems, and sometimes its just like you hit a brick wall when you try to find out why you feel the way you do. that's when you really do need help. I know because i have been there . May God bless you and Merry Christmas

they are scared to get hurt, look embarassed, or doesn't want other people to past judgement on them. Everybody has secrets and something to hide so most of the time they cannot tell you how they really truly feel.
