If he'd said something like "better than" Jesus", I would understand somewhat, but since when did "popularity" translate to one's value as a human being? Was Jesus really that concerned with where he stands in the hierarchy, like some kind of stereotypical high school jock? That incident make even less sense to me than the whole "Muhammad cartoon" thing, which at least has some basis in tradition and scripture...

After all, the issue of sin was with mankind not animals, right? So if a man or woman is found worthy to be in the Book Of Life, then why is it that some say animals are not allowed in heaven? If God can give us the desires of our heart, what if the desire is to be with the lovely animals He created? Why would that be too much to ask for? All I want is an out of the way spot where my family(animals included ) can come together to give the Lord praise! The Bible says "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord"! Animals have breath and I think they are wonderful gifts to mankind. Why would they be excluded from heaven?

Everybody has someone in their neighborhood or local bar. We had a neighbor who would walk from house to house asking for cigarettes. He's gone now, but he was always doing stupid stuff. We also had a guy who has passed out in the back parking lot of our favorite bar. He always walks around the neighborhood like he doesn't know where he is. (He's constantly drunk) Share yours.

In the internet so many people are racist or sexist without even knowing it, they're often too cruel to other religions, they take their own beliefs too seriously, they don't see their own irony, they're just ignorant, and i never know if the person is the nice looking person in the avatar or some weird guy who lives off a double life of torturing people off the internet. nobody i know is anything like that around here. sad. By the way, i don't look anything like my avatar, (not deceiving, just different skin, hair and face I still am nice) so don't assume anything off that.
