After all, the issue of sin was with mankind not animals, right? So if a man or woman is found worthy to be in the Book Of Life, then why is it that some say animals are not allowed in heaven? If God can give us the desires of our heart, what if the desire is to be with the lovely animals He created? Why would that be too much to ask for? All I want is an out of the way spot where my family(animals included ) can come together to give the Lord praise! The Bible says "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord"! Animals have breath and I think they are wonderful gifts to mankind. Why would they be excluded from heaven?

There is no scripture that says there are no pets in heaven. I think we make a lot of rules for God. Seems to me that He can pretty much do whatever He wants in heaven. He doesn't need our permission. He created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them and saw that it was good. So, why not have animals in heaven?? We can't imagine what kinds of fantastic things God has planned for us.

Cannot think of any scripture, but

Men and Woman see in animals part of God’s generous provision for human welfare. Animals have served man as burden bearers, as sources of food and clothing, as sanitation agents, and as helpers in the vital activities of plowing and harvesting. Their variety of form and color has delighted his eye; their habits and instincts have been and still are an extensive field for inquiry into the marvels of God’s creative work. Though animals die in the same manner as man, they do not share his hope of a resurrection.

Animals were created with a limited life span, humans had the prospect of living on earth forever. ( Psalm 37:29) Jesus Christ said that to enjoy “everlasting life,” we must exercise faith and take in knowledge of God, things that animals are incapable of doing. (John 17:3)

God created animals for the sake of humans. Animals can help them do their work and can serve as their companions or pets. They also serve to magnify God’s love and wisdom.

The Creator gave life to both humans and animals. But for how long were they to continue to live? Scientists report that humans seem to have the potential of endless life, so that investigators are perplexed as to why man dies. The Bible gives the reason. It says that the Creator gave the first humans the opportunity of living forever. Death came only because they rebelled. (Gen. 2:17; 3:17-19) What, though, of animals? They are not capable of conscious rebellion against God; yet they live only for a length of time and then die. Hence, it is clear that the Creator never purposed that individual animals live forever. For them death was natural..

Ecclesiastes 3:19 For what happens to the sons of men also happens to animals; one thing befalls them: as one dies, so dies the other. Surely, they all have one breath; man has no advantage over animals, for all is vanity. 20 All go to one place: all are from the dust, and all return to dust. 21 Who knows the spirit of the sons of men, which goes upward, and the spirit of the animal, which goes down to the earth?

I love my dogs and it would be great if they could be in heaven with me. But people go to heaven because of the condition of their souls. They must have faith to go to heaven. I don't think dogs have souls or the capacity to form faith. Sorry.

but the animal is to serve man, and aid him. in heave there will be no need for aid, therefor no need for pets. And why would a being of all reason have something that has no reason to exist?
