I can only assume that you are asking why people who discriminate based on race target a religion. My answer would be that while Judaism is a religion, it is also a race as defined by a distinct group of people with a shared genetic ancestor or ancestors. This is also why many Jews who do not believe in the Jewish religion still consider themselves Jews.
