When He revealed Himself to Moses it says "Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed "The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and faithfulness, who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and grandchildren to the third and fourth generation" (Exodus 34:6,7)
The New Testament speaks of God as 3 things absolutely; namely God is Spirit, God is Light and God is Love.
But His final revelation of Himself is in the Lord Jesus Christ, "And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on High (God the Father) (Hebrews 1:3)

God is God why would you think he would have to define himself As for his attributes there are many and they are all good for he is the Almighty The most Supreme. THE BIBLE is full of all of his attributes. Just look all around you do you not see some of his attributes with your own eyes? Do you ever wonder how the universe stays suspended it sure isn't hanging by a piece of string ya know. I could go on and on in all of his work like how the ocean and the earth connect so well in the cycle, all of these things down to the tiniest blooming flower are attributes of God. We all should take notice and acknowledge the true source and be in awe of all of his glory.

Omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient.
The source of all creation in the whole universe and also the underlying matter and energy which is needed for creation.
That he is infinite in time and space.
That he has no beginning nor end.
I am sure it is easy to understand this and know god - especially if you have a good dictionary!
Then you too can become an expert on god and a person who knows god - but get a good dictionary.

God never defined himself. FAITH people had defined in their own way.
By HINDU beliefs the shape of GOD is whatever you choose it be.
All GODS are anyway created by MAN.
Omnipotent, Omnipresent, serving the poor and needy etc are some explanations.

Its amazing to me how people try to define god. we can only truly know knowledge and wisdom and spiritual realizations with what it will tell us and show us thru the Spirit.to try to define God is something no one could actually accomplish . so I don't even try. It wouldn't matter a bit to on my spiritual journey or my spiritual realizations to know all of Gods definitions and attributes.

Are you talking about a specific religion? God doesn't define himself, people define God.
