Recently I visited one of my friends house, she was having a get together with some of her friends. They were all of 'african american decent'. We were all drinking, I had been drinking before I even got there- so I was pertty lightweight drunk, non the less-bottom line, I said the 'N' word several times that night and they felt offended.Its nothing out of the ordinary 4 me- The "N" word is part of my every day vocab. I say it all the time to my, hispanic asian white and african american people I know--even my same friend that night.
I have never used it in the contex to suggest or even implement any sort of derrogotory remark. In all of the neighborhoods I grew up in,the word has no wrong doing or racist connotation, depending on who says it and how-- any ways before I left I apologized for saying anything offensive but told them.. " Don't worry about saying the word "n**ga", Im full blooded mexican.. I grew up with 'ni**as', my best friends are 'ni**as... I am their 'ni**a

I know hiring teenagers as babysitters is a common practice in other countries like America. But I noticed that Singaporeans usually insist on asking for a 'certified-babysitter'. As in the kind with some kind of a childcare diploma. It seems like a lot of trouble just to hire someone to take care of your kid for 4-5 hours.

Are there any Singaporeans who hire teenage-babysitters? If not, then why don't they? Why hire some professional nanny for $100+ an hour for a few hours when you can have someone who'll work for $10+? Especially if you directly/indirectly (thorugh recommendations, etc) already know the person?

What turns you on in erotic fiction and what doesn't? I want to write erotic man-on-man fiction for a living I think. Therefore, I'd like to get a consensus of what works and what doesn't.

They are afraid of what they will say to thier parents.They think what would they say when everyone asks them why they dont believe.They fear that if God actually exists he will punish them.
.One of them's yonger brother had an accident reacently.She thinks it may be a punishment given by God.
How can I remove their doubts.

I am now ready to register for my portuguese class...but I got a dilemma here, although not a big one. See, I have 2 choices in front of me..European Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese..no joke, the school does have one course for each of them, which is kinda unusual. I had seen people travelling in India In Mumbai in Maharashtra on western line from Churchgate to Virar.. The crowd here in train is very very bad. Train is so crowded that if you tell a ANIMAL to travel in this train & tell him that you will give whatever he demands , he will say NO. Situation of people travelling on this Churchagte-Virar route is worst. Life of these people living from Borivali to Virar is just worst than life of animals. But still these people are very calm Now Railway has also removed racks in train which were used to put luggage. Still these people are calm. ..........?? It is just unbeleivable, how these people remain calm & travel in such crowd. This situation cant be seen in any other country..It happens only in India.. WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS? DO YOU AGREE WITH ME?

I really don't know what I've done so wrong. I just can't win. I now feel wrong I've sent one to her, although she did thank me. She seems so serious. She kept going on about people overeating at Xmas and getting drunk. Well, ok. That's them. So why does she get so uptight about it all? Just because you're a christian, doesn't mean you have to have a face as long as a fiddle.

i am 17, female, i was a christian up until a few months ago. i do not know what i believe anymore... i know there is a devil (i know that for sure!!! dont ask how, u wouldnt believe me!), i am unsure about a god though.

I care for my disabled brother (36 years old) he has been wondering the neighborhood and peeking into windows. This one family called the police and I explained to them his situation, they understood and became good friends with him. We moved and now he has been doing it again. The police brought him home the other night. We tried to explain to him that he can't do this and he will go to JAIL! Well, he did it again! the Police called me and said it has to stop!!!! I'm at my witts end!!!! How do I make him stop?? He sneaks out. I don't want to lose him and I don't want to put him into a home. Despartly seeking advice.

I'm am a bi male, but every once in a while I'll tell new females that I meet that i'm gay--we get that "gay guy, female bond thing going" and then I sex her up. Its happened twice, the women never really seem to mind at the end of the thing. I don't see the harm in it and in fact I think it is a healthy way for a bisexual male to meet women for relationships since, bi males are about the most screwed sect there is for having long term rel. with either sex. I mean think about it, if i tell a girl on the third or fourth date or whenever, before we have sex that I'm bi, that usually ends it right there. If I wait to tell her at some point after we have sex, that usually ends it as well. The two women that thought i was "gay" and then we had sex, both wanted to continue the relationship.
