Actually that is a very interesting question :D, if you ever read a book from Neale Wasch talks how at first there was only god, that was it.. no good no bad nothing.. Well god being so magnificent (since he can do anything right lol) created humans to see just how wonderful he was. What the hell am I talking about right, well how do you know your short if you haven't experienced someone tall, how can you tell if your doing something good and you have never experienced bad. So god created us as a reflection of himself, that's why most praise god because they are an outside entity of god. Weird stuff if you ask me! So basically we are all part of god and are actions matter not! Whatever we do in life doesn't matter because we all return to him no matter what. So in short we are mealy reflections of God. Pretty interesting, probably not true at all but interesting none the less :D

Thoughts that went through God's mind:

Wouldn't it be fun if I expanded an infinitely dense point of matter into a universe, start life on a little blue planet, then after billions and billions of years later tell the most advanced species in the world that the universe is only 6000 years old, pitting them against science (which would correctly estimate the true age of the universe), then tell another group of people a slightly different message under a different name (maybe "Allah"), then sit back and watch the world collapse in on itself? Just for the heck of it.

As human we cannot know what GOD thinks because he is GOD and we are only his creation. However we can assume that he loved us thats why he created us. about the pain and suffering he created also is so that good works can be done. Imagine if there is no black then there will be no white. If there is no pain then there is no gain. If there is no hate then there is no love. If there is no God then there is no humans. I hope you understand

Gen 1:25-27
it was good.
26Then God said, "Let us make people in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life-- the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals, and small animals."
27So God created people in his own image; God patterned them after himself; male and female he created them.

GOD created us cause he wanted something to make him laugh. Miniature, sometimes weathered and worn, imitations of HIM that would run to HIM for everything. It's the same reason people have children---just to have something to love and call their own.

God can not be stagnant he must grow or relearn himslef from the inside out, humans do this, we explore god from inside and come to realization as we get closer to understanding ourselves and the world,,,,, someday we will merge.....

He loved us before He created us. He wanted people that looked like Him, and He wanted someone else to talk to.

He wanted an intelligent being to have a special relationship with him and share in his creation.

He wanted to express his love to us, and to make us happy. Similar reasons to having your own child. To see them grow up, happily and have a good life.
