If the Bible contained all of God's supreme knowledge it would be a book with no end and would be beyond our comprehension. God put everything we need to know for this life in the Bible.

Making sense is not a crime!!! In terms of religion, we have to use our sense, knowledge, faith and also logical thinking. God wont do anything or teach anything that was against humans nature and humans limits.
making sense shows that we are intelligent and used our knowledge in making decision.. thats why we human have brains.
People will freaking out or call u satan when they can't accept the fact that they are WRONG! they create a simple kind of excuses, such as by calling u satan or said u have been possesed.
Anyway, when something is supposed, must, obligatory to be CORRECT, why there is WRONG? Humans hand always make mistakes. GOD WILL NEVER MAKE A SINGLE MISTAKES.
Hold on to that... ignore people who dont used common sense.

We all have to be something. Logic of religion fits the mind of the believer. If it didn't, people couldn't believe. Your views are not and cannot be the same. So... What makes sense to you will have little effect on them. Don't let the Satan thing bother you, it too makes no sense.

Don't feel bad. Seems most christians think god just sat down one day and wrote out the bible for us and that since it is his word their are no mistakes. Man wrote the bible. Man was created imperfect because if he was perfect eve wouldn't have eaten the apple right? With man being imperfect everything he creates will be imperfect. Therefore the bible is imperfect because it was written by man. God forbid, you would use your brain and not swallow the bible hook line and sinker.

No, making sense is not a crime in religion. Actaully from within the christian paradigm, what they're saying makes some sense.
Still, it's obvious to me that you are NOT Satan.

FYI. What God put in the Bible is what we need for salvation. Even the stuff that seams to make no seance or to be contradictory. IF you were to study the Bible you would have to come to the conclusion that the Bible makes perfect seance and is in fact NOT contradictory. But this requires study(research).

You suppose that you know the knowledge and/or wisdom of God?!..I really doubt it.
I see none else that can make a tree, flower, universe, or hold the world in place, only God...and do not pretend to know His thoughts..He is so far above all of us..and His ways are not our ways.

It is. Two kids my boyfriend knows were reassuring him that they would never steal because they are both Christians. I laughed because... well... the idea that you could never possibly commit a sin or crime due to your Christianity was laughable. They said "So, what are you? Mormon?!" I said no, I'm an atheist. Now they call me a Satanist. Morons.

Common sense is likened to Satan in the eyes of the Church, sadly you'll have to get used to it on this site bud.

Thinking for yourself is a crime in Christianity, "Lean not therefore on your own understanding" etc... Many religions are fraught with anti-intellectualism
