My mom tends to be a home body most of the time. She complains about everything you get her and if you dont get her anything she is still going to complain about that so im all out of ideas. Everything i get her she complains about and if i dont get anything she complains that i didnt. So im in a lose lose situation,. Any one have any ideas as to what to get for that type of person or would it even matter?

My dad works 2 jobs he doesnt really have any time to himself and since he really doesnt have any hobbies i dont know what to get him this year for xmas. I am almost tempted to just make him a huge basket with all the food he loves and that he can actually make himself since i do know he loves to eat. but i would love to get him something other than that since ive done that one before so im open to suggestions. PLZ help..

I've just wondered how it is that someone who is dirt poor and looking for help and everything else can afford monthly internet access. That doesn't come cheap at all. Anyone else who was seriously lacking in funds would have those services cut off, and it happens every day. Shelter, clothing, food and transportation should be the #1 priorities. Once those are taken care of, everything else is a luxury.

I've noticed the same thing happening in everyday real life too.

I have heard this,and my mother is filipina and she loves Gloria Estefan and also merengue.Its kind of funny because she speaks fluent Tagalog(i can say a few things)and I was raised in the US,and I speak fluent Spanish(she can say a few things).My sister can speak French(many years of school study).Its can be really fun and interesting being multi-cultured,even through the occasional rough spots.Its funny, because the way I look, Asians think I am Hispanic,and hispanics think I am asian(i am Flip,Span,and American/German).It just throws EVERYONE off that I speak Spanish.Very useful,because I have always lived amongst lots of Spanish speakers, but almost no Tagalog speakers.I guess that I am a "product of my enviornment" if such a thing exists.Any more "freaks" like me out there?Haha! And please don't forget the original question despite my tangent!Muchas gracias,and maraming salamat mi gente y kapatid!

can anyone give me one reference to a protest that was made against islamic fascism or islamic terrorism? some say the media doest ever show it, but they dont realize that nearly the entire media is left-leaning. the islamo-communist news organization CNN never shows muslims protesting against their violence, why is that? even as theyre killing themselves in iraq! oh and protests for peace dont count. anyone can protest for peace, and there are some radical muslims who want peace...but only among themselves. just one protest BY muslims against *islamic terrorism*.

I got a Christmas card in the mail today from my husbands Aunt. It speaks of my husband, myself and our two small children. Professing the nature of our wicked ways and to "wake up God is calling out to us" she stated. It also goes on to talk about how we are sinners, the end is near and we have little time left. She is asking us to take God in our hearts and life. My question is we see this woman maybe once a year we do not communicate by phone nor email. I ask how does she know my wicked ways if she doesnt know me or my children? I want to know where in the Bible it states not to judge and anything you all know about how I can in turn write a few of my own words back to her. Please help me as I am SICK SICK of her passing judgement onto me and especialy my children. Christians are suppost to be less judgemental or not??
