Why in the world do people come in stores, with the kids, and then let the kids run a muck in the store. They pull stuff off the shelves, come in with food, and they get it on the merchandise, the kids run, etc. we as the people who work in these places, don't feel like we should be babysitting these children. I am just wondering am i the only one.

my husbands grandma is visiting us she is cuban and is into a voodoo called santeria well every thing goes wrong when she visits so i went to see a santero a priest like and he told to to cleans my house and any thing she wishes on me will back fire well she was laughfing that i had a small kitchen fire 2 days ago after i did what the man said to cleanse my house my sister in law with who she lives called to say her house burnt down to crisp.any input im in shock it just to strange...

i'm currently maltriculated in a university and i was placed with a room mate who i suspect is homosexual. first off, i have no problems with the gay and lesbian community, but i have my suspicions about my room mate and possibly his desires concerning myself. late at night i have been awoken by him just staring at me, which i find very strange. we have gotten drunk a few times and he constantly touches me and my friends in a "gropping" fashion. he never really talks about girls also. do you think this is typical homosexual behavior or is my room mate just "too" friendly and strange.

When you give 100% to someone you only get 50% back from them. If you have, why is it we continue to still give that person 100%? I think that it is because we have hope in our hearts that one day they will give us 100% or even 80% back one day.

The answer is yes, if we define "human" only in terms of biology. Certainly civilized humans and barbarian Jihadists are of the same species, but if we define humanity as something more, then we have a problem.
In my estimation, a human is an entity capable of some degree of rational thinking who is not easily pushed into a "herd" and had an education that incorporated the views and science of cultures outside their own.
Obviously, by this definition, entire theocratic countries in the east, who believe in the religion of the warlord prophet, do not make the cut.
If you disagree and think they are human, thats fine, explain why. Again, I already concede the biology. I am not calling them "apes and pigs" like the Quran calls non-muslims.

Most people are ignorant and do not know that any sub religion of Christianity stemed from the Catholic Church. You may not like the current structure of the church but that doesn't mean the early catholic church was all bad. I think people would be really shocked if they actually took the time to read up on the history of Christianity. I encourage you all to actually investigate and not speak from ignorance but from educated intelligence. Also, People frame Catholics as the source of all religious persecussion. I am not saying they have done no wrong but you also should look into history and discover the persecution of Catholics from early roman times to the prejudical treatment Protestants gave then in America up until JFK. I remember seeing two or three followers on here and was wondering what kind of rituals do they make up? I'm bi. First of all, she's known i've loved her, 3 years and going, yet I don't know if she still knows.. and no, this has nothing to do with how she looks, what she wears, or anything EXCEPT that she is such amazing person with the most beautiful personality i've ever seen.. The Christian tries to convince the atheists and Muslims that Jesus is the only way to God.
The Muslims will stake their lives that Mohammad is the only true and final voice for this generation .
Christians place their faith entirely on God and the Bible.
Muslims do the same with Allah and the Quran.
Neither side will budge one bit.
I have yet to see one athiest say: "Right. I'm convinced by the Christians or Muslims. "

There's a lot of Christian-bashing that goes on around here, and I'm wanting to know what you think of Christians and their belief system. What do you think the rest of the world thinks about them in general? What are they doing right or wrong to gain this kind of reputation? Do you have any ideas or suggestions for the Christian world that would make them more...uh...tolerable? Because I'm not really feelin' the love from most of the respondants I've seen around Y!
