How do you plan to get everyone to be a Buddhist? I don't want to be one.

If all there was is Buddhism, and there were no other religions, and everyone practiced it. I mean REALLY then yes., I think we'd behave ourselves. But that can be said of most religions. What makes a religion bad is the people.
Religion is just an idea. nothing more. It's what humanity does with it that can make it good or bad.

Absolutely. The people here lumping Buddhism in with other religions have no idea what they are saying.

No, sorry to burst your bubble but no matter what religion or beliefs some people claim to follow there are still people who are greedy and want power, wealth or money.
As long as there is humanity there will always be conflicts.

No there actually would be mass destruction. Seriously, to quote the Dali Lama, "The purpose of man is personal happiness."
Think about it, what made Hitler happy? What makes me happy? What makes you happy?
If you think about it you will see that this philosophy is seriously flawed! It leads to extreme self-centeredness.
There is a way that leads to life, a path that leads to truth, inner peace, and eternal salvation & peace. The way is open to all if they would just walk in it-The man, Jesus Christ.

let's just say the world would be more peaceful.
Sadly- war IS the natural state of competitve primates.
There would just be one less thing to fight wars over.
A nice thought tho'.
