It never fails...the wrong men are drawn to me...I can't find anyone with the following qualities: hardworking, honest, even tempered, genuine. I give up!

Have you ever considered that there are only two Holidays during the year that have anything to do with Jesus and those are the only holidays that have substitutes for them?
Why do we need some fat guy in a red suit for Christmas(a.k.a. the birth of Christ) and a rabbit for His reserection?
We tell children that this man they cannot see will give them gifts but only IF they are "good"....then we ask them later to believe in a GOD they can't see who will reward them IF they are "good"....Then we take the Most important thing Christ, or anyone, ever did for us and we stick a rabbit(a.k.a. rodent) who lays eggs in there. (Rabbits give live birth...no eggs!) Why don't we have a poka-dotted elephant instead of the stars and stripes for July 4th? Think about it with your grown-up brain (for all those ppl who just have to be wise crackers)

Ok...so, I have a 16 year old brother who is getting his liscence next week and he already has his own car. Is there something inexpensive if could get for my brother for Christmas that has to do w/ his car...for no more than like $30? If not, what are some other ideas? He doesn't want any dvds of cds or games or w/e. I was thinking maybe a Starbucks gift card ...so when he's driving to school in the morning he can swing by Starbucks and get a coffee or something. Any suggestions?

Because I've been searching, and in fact, that's how I just found this site. I haven't found anything yet and I'm surprised. I would expect for more people to share this fear, and that a name would've been thought up by now. Anybody have any idea?... Or is there a way we can coin a new term, if there really, truly, isn't any yet?

If they exist, what are they famous for and why are there so few. Women only make up 50% of population last time I checked, so maybe that's why I never heard of them.

Some people are virgin until 30s even 40s maybe very few of them die as a virgin but most of us lose it. Is being virgin and marrying virgin unethical today? because mostly people tend to laugh at that incidents and make fun of them. But probably some longer time ago I think it was opposite.

Locking up more people only reduces crime if those being locked up are serious criminals. If it's a serial rapist, that makes an impact on crime, but if it's a kid selling crack on the corner, that just creates a job opening for someone else.

Existing jails in CA serve as gateways for the 21 new prisons the state has built since 1980. Over the past two decades, the number of inmates in those prisons has grown sevenfold, to more than 160,000. It cost California taxpayers nearly $5.3 billion to build the new lockups -- and it costs another $4.8 billion every year to keep them running.

Locking up so many inmates is not cheap. Design-Build, a construction trade magazine, estimates that 3,300 new prisons were built during the 1990s at a cost of nearly $27 billion, with another 268 in the pipeline valued at an additional $2.4 billion. And construction costs are only the beginning of this. The new jail in LA sat empty for one year because the county couldnt afford to open it.
