Do one of the following:
(1) If you're a female, write "Tu/Su amiga" (that is, change the ending "o" in "amigo" to an "a").
OR
(2) If you're a male, write "Tu/Su amigo" (that is, do not change the ending -- leave it at "o").
ALSO
(3) If the person you're intending the card for is your good friend, someone you know well, or someone you're close with, write the informal possessive pronoun "tu" for "your".
OR
(4) If the person you're intending the card for is just an acquaintance of yours, or someone with whom you're not very close, then use the formal possessive pronoun "su" for "your".
