I would buy a nice red glass candy bowl and fill it with assorted wrapped chocolates--which is really easy at this time of year, because all the big companies seem to be coming out with individually wrapped chocolates for the festive season.
Office gifts should NEVER be the slightest risque.

Certainly there are nice chocolates for under $15.00. But to be more creative, why not a chocolate rose? They mold the chocolate in the shape of a rose, then cover it with red foil, and put it on a stem with leaves and everything. They are sometimes made by very good chocolatiers, but if you find a bargain, you can actually give a whole bouquet.

Get a small, cheap decorative basket, a red coffee mug, some good cocoa mix and a couple of candy canes. Put those in the basket with tissue or crinkle paper and a bow and there's a present. You can get most of that stuff at dollar stores.

Go to like a T.J Maxx or a Marshalls' where they have gourmet food for cheap. Get some chocolate themed items from there and they also carry decorative tins. Buy a red one, stuff it with the chocolate and whatnot. Decorate with ribbons and TA-DA~<3

Just buy them a box of chocolates, you can normaly get a nice sized one for around 10 dollars, then wrap it in a red bow. or go to your local dollar store and buy a red coffee cup (maybe with some nice art on it or pattern) and put a candy bar or two, and a hot choclate packet in it. Easy, cheap and still very appriciated.

What about a red coffee cup filled with chocolates, or filled with chocolate coated coffee beans and one of those chocolate spoons. Chocolate and coffee go well together.
