Christian sinner is an oxymoron. If you have been saved by Jesus, your life is now about NOT sinning. No, we are not perfect, but as Christians our goal is to live as God would and Jesus did. Yes as people even Christians make mistakes the difference is in the way we handle our mistakes. Do you repent and ask for forgiveness in sincerity? Do you change? True Christians learn from their transgressions, and seek God in changing and not repeating the behavior. True Christians hold themselves to a much higher standard, and the conviction that comes with sin produces a desire to change their lives for God. Sinners will not go to Heaven, but Christians will, the Bible clearly states that you cannot serve the world(sin) and God, you must choose one or the other.

If they try to justify their sins by saying, "I am a Christian so I can sin as much as I want", then definitely yes. Matthew 18:21-35 illustrates this point.
If Christians sin and sincerely repent and try to live righteously, I don't think it will be held against them. But God judges when a man is sincere, and Christians can't claim to repent when their hearts remain wicked. Truthfully I tell you, God will be stern against such hypocrisy.

Be punished more. That's the phrase you were looking for.
And no. Evil is evil.
Notice there's a difference between Evil, which is downright maliciousness and misanthropy, and Sin, a whole bunch of things that made some people mad in the past so they wrote a book and said it was wrong.

No. The Bible says that all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. That means everybody not just Christians. It also says that no sin is greater or less then another sin. So I think no.

Hell Definition: The observe “hell” is modern-day in lots of Bible translations. in the comparable verses different translations examine “the grave,” “the worldwide of the ineffective,” etc. different Bibles basically transliterate the unique-language words that are on occasion rendered “hell”; it relatively is, they convey them with the letters of our alphabet yet bypass away the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl? and its Greek equivalent hai?des, which refer, to no longer somebody burial place, yet to the undemanding grave of ineffective mankind; additionally the Greek ge?en·na, that's used as a logo of eternal destruction. inspite of the undeniable fact that, the two in Christendom and in lots of non-Christian religions it quite is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and the place the depraved, after demise, are punished (and a few have self assurance that it quite is with torment). it quite is now comforting to understand that an eternal place of suffering does not exist, does not it?

sarcasm alert on:
If a Christian sins then they are no longer a sinner because they have turned their back on god.
Therefore you question is nonsense (only slightly more than my answer.
sarcasm alert off:
If someone knowingly does something wrong then they deserve more punishment than someone ignorant.

who decides that one has sinned. you? me? priest? mum? lets not be judgmental. let the person, his conscience and GOD decides how he is to be punished. if he breaks the law of the country, the law will / should take care of it. lets not get too hasty about such punishments for we wont know until we're in the grave!!
