Freemasonry is prob the mothership. Illuminati founder was a freemason and speculative research has said that Skull and bones was adopted from the Illuminati.
Most others still in exsistence not worth the mention. Defunct ones worth mention would include Hellfire club, Order of the Dragon, knights of the Golden Circle, Knights Templar.
