I keep hearing that the laws of the Old Testament no longer apply and have been superseded by the New Testament. How do you know god hasn’t changed the rules again? This time he might not even let anybody know that way so he can throw all you all in hell and watch you sizzle. Your smoke will be a pleasing aroma to him.

If he changed the rules once, why not change them again and again and again?

I am a heavily tattooed female. When I have my tattoos covered, people talk to me like like a human being. When I have on short sleeves and my tattoos are showing, people stare, gasp, grab their children, will not talk to me, etc.. Why is this. I am a normal person. Just more colorful.

I have a friend who says her boyfriend is 24 and not interested in sex. Him being homosexual is not the problem. So does anyone know if this is normal? Or perhaps a reason why he is bored with sex.

during the war?

I would assume the US want to save lives, maybe they could have pulled out the troops and used the atomic bomb in Europe. The whole Europe was a mess during WWII. What made them not use atomic bomb in Europe, instead use it on Japan?

In two places in the New Testament the genealogy of Jesus son of Mary is mentioned. Matthew 1:6-16 and Luke 3:23-31. Each gives the ancestors of Joseph the CLAIMED husband of Mary and Step father of Jesus. The first one starts from Abraham(verse 2) all the way down to Jesus. The second one from Jesus all the way back to Adam. The only common name to these two lists between David and Jesus is JOSEPH, How can this be true?

Is it really a Christian holiday?
Would Jesus approve?
What about the Christmas tree? To bow down and put gifts under it.
Why do you really celebrate it?

FYI... I'm a non-denominational Christian.
I've done my own research and have my own conclusions. Just interested in how you see it.
Thanks

my theory on the meaning of life is that we all came to this planet, reality, astral plane, however you want to call it, to learn a bit more but not our human bodys but our souls, i believe that hterea re many more astral planes that we go through and that in each specific plane or life we learn different things, untilg our soul or what ever it is that needs to grow and learn achieves the highest level, how many of you think that this is a posibility? how many of you think you might have the real meaning of life??

Every year I put up all white Christmas lights. This year while I was putting up my lights a neighbor complained because I was not using colored lights. She said that I wasn't being sensitive to the plight of the colored lights and I was repressing them. By using all white lights I was not being "hue diverse". She and several other neighbors are filing a class action suit to have me include colored lights that would represent the community of lights more equally. I like my white lights...

What should I do???

I am sorry, But I strongly disagree with this point. This is linked to my previous question regarding praying for Aids victims. I do not think anyone asked to be sick, not from heart disease, cancer, not for diabetes and certainly not AIDS. If they did get infected doing something wrong, may God have mercy on them. But they are certainly not to be blamed because they Got sick, neither should their children. GOD is the only one who shall judge them. My hear goes out to all families with ill members. I know it must not be easy! But may God give them courage! A sin that a parent commits does not pass to their children!

So my brother is gay! I love him to death he is awesome. and being gay didnt change him at all but why do people have to judge and say its a sin and all that stuff. When it is proven that they ar born gay and you cant help it. Like we are from a small town and when anyone says they are gay it is seriously the talk of the century. WHY IS IT THAT PEOPLE JUDGE..when it really has nothing to do with them AT ALL??

30 Lot and his two daughters left Zoar and settled in the mountains, for he was afraid to stay in Zoar. He and his two daughters lived in a cave. 31 One day the older daughter said to the younger, "Our father is old, and there is no man around here to lie with us, as is the custom all over the earth. 32 Let's get our father to drink wine and then lie with him and preserve our family line through our father."
33 That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and lay with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

34 The next day the older daughter said to the younger, "Last night I lay with my father. Let's get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in and lie with him so we can preserve our family line through our father." 35 So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went and lay with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

36 So both of Lot's daughters became pregnant by their father. 37 The older daughter had a son, and she named him Moab [g] ; he is the father of the Moabites of today. 38 The younger daughter also had a son, and she named him Ben-Ammi [h] ; he is the father of the Ammonites of today
