On what date will Veterans' Day be celebrated in 2007?

Since November 11th falls on a Sunday in 2007, will it be observed on that date, or will it be observed on Saturday 11/10 or Monday 11/12? Info needed for parade planning purposes.

According to my ADP payroll calendar Monday the 12th will be the Holiday (most banks are closed).

Veteran's Day is always 11/11. Observed days off are usually Friday.
