I'm really hungry right now and I just warmed up the turkey, but is it still safe to eat? It's been in the oven yesterday and it smells and tastes alright? Is this safe? But I know that sometimes the smell and taste tests fail.

that chirstian who sits around and prays all day would get to go to heaven but non christian who constently helpign people who live in 3rd world countires dont? cause if thats wot peopel are saying by saving ur sould then its not fair.

I wanted to ask this question as a riddle but there is some issue with my browser which is not allowing me to select/change my choice so I have to put it under default catagory which is 'Society & Culture'... I am helpless. Please consider...........

Sita and Gita are twins. They stay in a village near Mumbai (Bombay).
Last year, during the month of July, their village got flooded due to heavy rains and poor drainage system. Both of them were together in the same village.
The villagers were asked by the authorities to leave their houses and move to a safe place. Most of the villagers, including Gita, used the bridge to cross the river to move to the other side which was safe. Sita too chose to go to the other side but she swam across the flooded river instead of using the bridge which was a safer option.

It looks as if Gita did a wise job by using the bridge instead of swimming during such heavy floods but villagers feel Sita is more intelligent. Why??

My Brother was murdered, i was attacked by the man next door for reporting them to the ASBO Team. My thre childrem with autisum witnessed the attack. My children and i are suffering post traumatic stress. The man was had the chaarges dropped against him as he was deemed medicaly unfit to stand trial. And i have Lost my grandfather. My mother has been diaganoside with COPD. I feel that my whole world is crumbling around me.

Because it seperates us and causes us to sometimes but heads and create different stories when in the end, there is still just one God that created us.

Hi, I wonder what you guys think of that? English is not my first language and I always find it strange how easily the word is used in the English language. e.g. That's 4,50 , love. / Alright, my love? On the phone the phrase "love you, bye" is just as common as "How are you" / Couples telling eachother after one week that they love eachother / Everyone seems to love everyone/thing , the word like is not used that much anymore.
What do you think of this? Are my observations wrong? Do you have any explaination for this? Or do we have just another form of culture clash here?

My parents have sleep disorders and cpap machines so they really don't have energy for hobbies or anything. My dad is a construction worker and all he really likes to do is sleep and watch tv. My mom uses all her energy up doing her work (medical transcription) and she gets mad at me when I don't know what to get her (but she never tells me what she wants). Any ideas?! thanks!
