peopel say its unantural, but noiether are the beds we lay in, the comps we are on, the glue we use, and the building we built, but we still use them. really wot sin ar ethey commiting if they are happy it shouldnt matter.

True, penny. We don't live in a natural way nowadays. However, I know people in R&S will hate it because it goes against the Bible/Qu'ran/Torah.

In the beginning God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. How would it be natural for two men to have sex when they are made the same? A woman is made with the things that complete the duo so they can become one and is fitted just right with no danger of disease if they are doing as they should be. Only place to have any sex with another man is in the backside where there is disease and waste, not something that is so natural as you say it is. It is not unnatural to have a bed unless you think we should just lay on the ground. What is not natural about that? Or the buildings as even when you look at the future in Heaven it says we will build houses and inhabit them. Does not sound so unnatural to me. now if you talk about two of the same sex trying to have sex with one another, that is not the natual thing and is an abomination. The sin they are committing is the one that says it is wrong in God's eyes and should not be done. If they don't care if they ever make it to Heaven, it it their decision but the bible is plain in that matter that there will be no homosexuals in Heaven. Just the truth spoken.

In the natural world there are many recorded examples of same sex relationships, between the primates (apes), canines (dogs), birds and numerous others. This would invalidate the argument that it is unnatural.
Further, if it is true that God created all the creatures on this world, then he must have been aware of this and thereby actually condoning it by allow it to happen in the first place.
Personally as a happily married heterosexual, I don't see the attraction in being Gay, but I understand that others are and do. I don't consider it sinful... If they are happy together, then lets all live and let live.

Our happiness is not a reliable barometer of what is acceptable to God. Many things may make us happy but that does not mean God approves of them.

Many use the scriptures and this encourages me to believe that they recognize our need for the guidance that God’s Word provides, and no doubt, that is why they have a Bible, is that not so? At Matthew 19:9, the Bible provides very serious guidance in the words of Christ Jesus. There he teaches that the only grounds for divorce with a view to remarriage is fornication. Here he uses the Greek word porneia to describe the illicit, immoral sexual relations practiced by an adulterer.

If we now turn our attention to Jude 7, we find God’s explanation for destroying the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah – their practice of fornication. Jude uses the same Greek word, porneia, employed by Jesus.

Moreover, at Ephesians 5:5 we are plainly told that no fornicator has any inheritance in the kingdom of the Christ. Again, the Greek word porneia.

Some cite to 1 Corinthians chapter 6. At verses 9, 13 and 18, the same Greek word, or variations thereon, appears: porneia. As we see above, this same word is used to describe that which will keep us from the kingdom of God, that which is not for the body, and that from which we ought to flee. God punishes those who refuse to live by his standards, that is true. But God rewards those who faithfully serve him. Yet it is he who determines what is acceptable and what is not. And fornication, whatever form it may take, is not acceptable.

According to the Old Testament (the only one I read at least) if a man lay down with another man, they should both be stoned to death. Then again, according to the old testament:
Exodus 21:7
"When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she shall not go free as male slaves do." - My sister did go to TOSU, I wonder what kind of a price she could fetch
Exodus 35:2
"On six days work may be done, but the seventh day shall be sacred to you as the sabbath of complete rest to the LORD. Anyone who does work on that day shall be put to death." - there goes my department during year end.
Leviticus 11

The bible is full of things that do not make sense now. The bible was the best knowledge people has at the time. Use it as a guide, but do not be bound by every word and phrase.

Being gay is a sin because the Gods word tells us that it is... We are not suppose to be with others that are the same sex as we are.... God does not accept it and society does not accept it.... It will never be accepted, I have a friend two actually that are gay, one is male and the other is female... The male friend thinks that he was born to be gay.... Although he acknowledges that the Bible plainly goes against it along with society, and has said that he wishes that he could find a female that he would consider sleeping with so that maybe he could change.... So if he believes that he was born that way why would he want to change? Because deep down he knows that it is not right.... If you seek you will find, and once you ask for forgiveness and actually put fourth the effort to turn your life over and leave your old ways in his hands then he will allow you a new mind.... He will change your ways of thinking... No sin shall enter in and regardless of who thinks that it is wrong or right, God above all tells us it is wrong it is a sin, and no sin shall enter into the kingdom of heaven...

Your logic has no merrit. God said it was an abominationf or man to lay with man or woman to lay with woman, and that is that.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

God will not conform to the sinful ways of satan, We are to turn from satan and conform to the ways and laws of God. He is greather than you or I are, and always will be more powerful and have the final word before we leave this world.

You want to continue to push the envelope so to speak with God, knowing full well that what you do goes against Him????

Romans 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

The abomination that this next scripture referrs to is the homosexual priest who stand behind the pulpit and professes to be men of God, which God has never ordained them to that puplit and is an abomination to the Lord.

Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

These prophecies are happening in our world right now. you all have been warned by the word of God. May God have mercy on those who mock Him and His word.

i think the problem here is that what we think or how we feel, really is not the issue. the issue or better yet the real question should be what does God say about it. if God says it is a sin, then it is a sin and instead of trying to find ways to justify the sin, we should ask God to help us to get rid of the sin in our lives and live in a manner that is pleasing to HIM! you might only think you are happy, because true happiness is found in CHRIST!

It's a sin due to the fact that it tells us this in the bible! In Genesis 1:27 God made man and woman, which we know as Adam and Eve: not adam & steve! 1st Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,: so there you have it, it's wrong for those who choose this! Man and woman were made in the image of God, to multiply the earth, not man and man or woman and woman, for they cannot multiply the earth!

Being gay is not a sin. Homosexual practise is. But then again, heterosexuals sin as much themselves. We all need God's forgiveness.

Because the Word of God says that it is. No matter what anyone tells you, it is a sin. Sexual immorality is a sin. That is not saying that God does not love the people. He loves everyone. But He does hate sin. May God Bless
