Ok, I have 2 questions, Does God forgive you if you did something wrong, and you knew it was wrong when you did it? I asked for forgiveness and I truley mean it...but still feel like crap! # 2, I promised God something a few years ago and I broke that promise, could he possibly forgive me?

It is really ashamed because all the people before us fought and died for us to be a free nation of people free from a tyrannical Govt. and now if you stand up for our rights it seems you are treated like a traitor while the public glorifies Evil men in power who only devise their destruction.

What would you do if the God of the Bible suddenly appeared, and let you give your reason why He should let you into Heaven? What would you say?

I should probably make some note that I don't want responses of stubborn, close-minded denial of God, like "It doesn't matter, he doen't exist." If that's your mind set, don't bother answering. I'm looking for a logical "If...then..." And don't turn it around on me, I'm not completely closed to atheism, this is just hypothetical. I know most of you can answer it correctly, but there are always some who will skip the question to defend their views on atheism. You don't have to tell me that, I will assume you are an atheist if you say you are. I also don't want the "1+1=3" logical reasoning, because God appearing is logically possible.

Anyway, what would you do if you had to "take the stand", tell God why, after all these years of denouncing Him, he should let you into Heaven?

drugs are a choice to go buy but i have several packs of cigs and comp. porn, being a new christian even though ive tried countless times(just not wholeheartdly)to abstain from kmy addictions If I feel the Lord working in me now is it time to lay the cigs down now and begin my new journey with christ? Are "straight-acting" gay guys usually tops? I hooked up with a guy that was very "straight-acting" but we only had oral. If we took it further would he be the top? Can I just assume this because we categorizes himself as a "straight-acting" guy? So am I but I'm versatile but I don't go around telling others I'm "straight-acting". Should I assume this?

I'm thinking of having a place where people can release their anger and break stuff for a relatively cheap price.
Sort of like a room where you buy time for your band to practice.
I came up with the idea when a lot of times I look around and wish I could just destroy everything in my apartment but can't because of the darkness (lamps) and lack of music (radio ), and video (my tv) that would result because of the breakage. The action would be worth it but the lack of stuff afterwards wouldn't. Breaking stuff that isn't yours has worked in the past to get the agression out. . So I'm just asking.

I'm in the military and was a part of a funeral today. After we gave the proper respects for a fallen comrade, the family let white doves out. I asked a few people and they said it was a sign that the person's soul is being sent to heaven. But where did it all originate from? How did this tradition get started? How many doves do they release and is there a corelation with their age? I just thought it was interesting that many people know about this tradition, but no one seems to know anything about it. Can anyone help me out?

Fireworks.
Doesn't it just give you the squits that from about mid october to halfway through January people are constantly letting off fireworks? (fire-crackers to you colonials).
I have a really big dog who has put his body inbetween me and a burglar armed with a pistol, but ordinary domestic-style fireworks turn him into a lump of jelly (and his alimentary canal, unfortunately).
OK, so people should be able to have some fun, agreed - but why do I hear really scary explosions at 9 in the morning?
Do we need more control?
(Hey, maybe we could give them an asbo).
