Catholic Charismatic renewal prayer group to pray for me.

the world and people individually, have more problems? I've noticed that friends (myself included) seem to have more and more not so nice things happening to them. Mostly illnesses, but also other troubles.
I pray and avoid being down, by talking to God, but my question is, have you noticed this happening , too?
If so, do you think that this is in any way, related to "end times?"

I have noticed some people have an aversion to being questioned about their beliefs, even if it isn't an insulting question. I know many of us have received violations for this 'crime'. So that got me wondering if this is common in religions other than my own. I question pretty much everything, and it is encouraged in my faith. It's considered a valuable part of the learning process. The Gods gave us a brain, so use it, right?

Oh, and while we're here - Which types of questions are offensive/inappropriate, if it is inappropriate to question certain things? Or is it only specific questions? And please identify your religion when you let me know which questions are offensive. Thank you!

Hi everyone. I'm in a good mood, and well I was thinking: What rights do you guys have where you live? What country do you live in? Are there anymore rights that you would like?

I'll start by saying we're protected from discrimination. Gay marriage will be in effect from December 1st. There's only one more right i would like: Gay adoption.

I just heard a report that the Royal Canadian Legion wants to sue a store in Edmonton for selling Peace Poppies ( not selling asking simple donation just like the legion). Personally I would rather wear something that symbolizes peace rather than sporting a symbol of war.

During the war years it was instituted to get more work done during daylight hours. Why are we still forced to use it?
Yes! I am aware that some areas don't change, I lived in one.
But nationally most do.

i'm a new comer to the US. and I heard about the tradition sale after thanksgiving, and it sounds interesting...I'm planning to go with my friends this year, and i'm thinking about buying a camcorder and an Ipod nano....so what time does the sale starts at, or I should say what time does the store open at? and for how many hours? the entire day? or wat? and also, does the Apple product ever go on sale? and for the thanksgiving sale, is it worth it? I mean is it like 20 , 30 dollars cheaper, or is it like 100$ cheaper??
