That's a kind of offensive term!
But anyway...they exist all over the world...in Brazil, India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore...they're beautiful and you'd never know they were men below the waist!
But I like my men to look like men!

If you're asking whether transsexuals exist, the answer is yes. They may have undergone a sex-change or be receiving a course of hormone treatment.
It is not uncommon for a baby to be born as a hermaphrodite either (having both female and male sexual organs), but this is generally "corrected" very soon after birth.

Many have been my friends in New York City. Clinically known as transgendered or transsexual. Popularly and affectionately known as "trannies." Pre-op means before having gender-reassignment surgery to give them female genitals. Post-op means thery have had the operation. They are born with male parts but feel more like girls. If they leave home and move to a big city they can more freely wear feminine clothes, wear make-up, walk and talk like a woman. If they are serious they start taking female hormones, which makes hips wider, voice higher, skin smoother and less beard, muscles smaller, and make small breasts develop. Some then get breast implants. Some never get the surgery. They like being like a "third sex." Some have their testicles removed but keep their penis. The full surgery involves hollowing out the penis and testicles. The penis is sort of turned inside out like a sock and positioned inside the abdomen like a vagina. The skin from the scrotum is fashioned to resemble the labia (external lips) of the vagina. There are many men, gay and straight but mostly straight, who are very attracted to transsexuals, at whatever stage they live their femininity.

shemale is labelling us all together, it's offensive and there's different types, the transvestite panty stealer, sissy who likes to just wear little girl clothes or do it for show, the hermaphrodite who has male and female organs, the transexual who is having change from male to female but shemale, that's a term which should be outlawed. Call us trannys and tg's if you will but not that.

shemale is the porn industry term used to describe a transsexual. we are not creatures we are people and WE hate the term shemale. we are women. those that are in the porn movies tend to get into it either because they are slutty people or to get money to pay for transition.

Do you mean: Do shemales exist? Yes, it's a way to call transsexual men. They dress and behave as women, and in most cases have breast implants but didn't get a sex change.

I don't know about the name but it does happen. It's that a baby is born with both sexual orgains. I have seen one person that way years ago at the fair in the side show.
