There is no day or night. Heaven is embraced by the light & love from the holiness of God.

Days and nights are defined by planetary rotation and the sun, or a light source. Unless heaven is a planet (which it isn't) and there is a sun or light source (no sun but got God's light), there will not be days or night. In heaven there is no time. It is the eternal realm. Will there be a sense of time? Perhaps, but it will also be of a different realm and experience.

I've never seen Heaven, yet, so don't know.

The idea of the New Jerusalem is:

In the land of fadeless day
Lies the City four-square
It shall never pass away
And there is no night there.

==================================

Likely no night in Heaven ... but, of course, might there be night even if it is light [like in the Artic, they do have day and night (don't they) even if it is summer and the sun does not set for weeks at a time?]

As others have said, God is the light. As an aside, I wonder why you skeptics so disdain such a wonderful promise as Heaven, and cynically say you'd rather go to Hell if Heaven doesn't meet some trivial preconception, (or does, for that matter). You have no idea how glorious Heaven is, nor how terrible an eternity without God must be! Please understand, God LOVES you! Satan HATES you! It's your choice, I pray you choose love!

If we had no "inside information," we could only speculate. Fortunately, we have some solid data to build on: divine revelation. We have a very good Friend who has been to heaven. He came here and told us about it and showed it to us. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life."
here is a link that answers many questions about heaven.

Here is how the Bible describes Heaven:

Rev 22:1:And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. 4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. 5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

Also more is given in Rev 21:22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. 25 Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). 26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. 27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

I think that in heaven you do not have your mortal body and so do not have the need for sleep or agriculture or anything like that so I believe it is alwaysbright and white and happy. Unfortunately I could be wrong, we'll never know till we get there! Although I must say I believe it's pretty heavenly to look at the stars with someone you love- hopefully you can still do that up there too.

Revelation 21:23 (KJV) And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
