the real deal is that from what i read that he confessed it to the congregation and they fired him - my question is would you forgive him and demote him to layman or would you fire him and ban him from the church altogether? what is the morale action that would be what jesus would do.?

Compare this to: Ecclesiastes 9:5:
The living are conscious that death will come to them, but the dead are not conscious of anything, and they no longer have a reward, because there is no memory of them.

How can people go anywhere after death? If they did, then wouldn't it be some kind of joke that Jesus is going to return and put us into new bodies? THen what do we have physical brains for? Where does the bible support reincarnation? Getting new bodies are a recreation of our bodies, not an incarnation. And bout ghosts...If you go to heaven or hell, how are they here on Earth? Couldn't they just be frigment of our imagination that demons have puppeteered into reality?

He has gay tendencies and says a lot of iffy things. I'm not saying gay men act the same. It's not that, but I notice he does things that a heterosexual man wouldn't do or say. He is a good man, but I'm not sure if he needs to be with a woman. He would rather hang out with the "girls" than with the guys. He has a lot of gay male friends. He has even gone to gay nightclubs, but he says he just likes the crowd. what's going on?

I'm not gay and can't really say that it is the most ideal of environments to bring up kids, however, i'm sure gay people are just as able to bring up kids in a respectable manner

If man had nothing to look to to give them reason to be better, would they be better. Is it that some know to be better, because they have nothing to compete with? And if man competes with others, does that mean he competes with himself to be better like god? just wondering

Whenever I'm around someone or with someone, my body picks up vibes. For instance, I can be around someone and sense they are tense or sense that they may or may not like me. I can sense when someoneone is feeling uneasy, angry, happy, etc. Sometimes the silent emotions are so strong it makes me uncomfortable. Does anyone else ever experience this? It's like I can actually FEEL the emotions that they are feeling.

I think we should put in an express lane for all criminals who are now on death row and for any criminals who crimes are so hideous as to be incomprehensible. Put the moderate criminals that would be left over in places like alcatraz and such. Then turn the left over jails into public funded shelters for the homeless. If you will give up tax dollars to house those who have no place in society, why would you not do the same for people who are down on their luck. Give them the same opportunities we give criminals. 3 Square meals a day, cable, a warm place to stay out of the elements, access to books and educational as well as spiritual help. Who else thinks this makes more sense than what we currently have?

I think some of the people on here are some of the laziest people I have ever {seen?} It really makes no sense to ask a question about something that you could easily look up yourself, and it is usually something really stupid too. I just thought of how this makes society even lazier. I beleive it is easier anyway to look up my own information. Well thats all I would like to type for now. Do you agree or perhaps disagree?

Let's hypothetically say that this is all god wants from us and isn't worried about if we think he exist. (and what sould you think if somone say, "oh yeah, God exists, but I don't believe that his commandments are good for me". You can plug in the words in parenthesis if you're a pantheist.

1.You shall not have any other gods (before The Cosmos).

2. You shall not worship images.

3. You shall not be a hypocrite.
Defaming God The Cosmos with lies and taking his name in vain shall bring you trouble.

4. Remember to take a rest from work

5. Honor your parents.

6. You shall not murder.

7. You shall not commit adultery.

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not speak lies against people.

10. You shall not be greedy.

Luke 18:

24Jesus looked at him and said, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God! 25Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

Knowing how to speak German helped Hong Kong-born Princess Alexandra of Denmark learn Danish quickly within months, since the two languages apparently have a lot of similarities. On the same note, it's easier for a Spanish-speaker to pick up Italian or Portuguese than it is for someone who speaks only Korean.
