Does one jsut know their psychic? Is it genetic? Has anybody ever proved they are psychic? I wish there was a checklist or something that you could take to see you potential.

you got to heaven and you (and your creator) were the only ones there? He said to you, "Sorry, but no one else met the guidelines for entrance." Sounds like eternity would be a really, really long time... Would you want to stay there?

I believe that Jesus himself is God, but this verse of the bible confused me, it's written after Jesus ascended to heaven, you know that obviously. This is what it says:

1 John 4:12: No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.

But didn't Jesus say before that he's the invisible image of God, and the the father and him are one. What does that verse mean?

Whilst I understand that somethings are just plain offensive (e.g. I despise the 'N' word to describe black people) I think some people are just too easily offended and get precious when it comes to things like sexism. Example - a woman always wears short skirts and skimpy tops and wonders why she gets whistled at or have people make lurid comments to her. Is this Sexism or any other kind of -ism you can think of? Or, a woman and a man both go for the same job and the man gets it. Is the company being sexist with their choice of employee, or do you think the woman should get the job just because she's a woman? These are very generalised examples I know but I'm just curious. What I'm trying to get at is that I think there are too many -ISMS to be wary of nowadays and it's an impaiment on our sincerity. People can't really say what they mean anymore. Do you agree?

The hypocricy that exists because killing as an act of war is apparently acceptable, is , in my view, a cop out !! You surely can't have your cake and eat it too. Murder must be murder always and can't EVER be justified. If a Government can declare War on another country, then I must be able to declare war on anyone who I so choose ?. No discrimination. i live right by the recent esperanza fire and i knew the firefighters of engine 57 (not verey well but i knew them) but Mark was my baseball coach 4 a couple of weeks and 2 of his sons played on the same team as my lil sister and during th games when they wernt batting i would play around with them. and they were all people i would see a couple times a week becouse its a small town. and i know i should be sad butwut would be the propper amount of sadness and if im not sad am i a bad person?

I was just watching the news, when this story comes on about a crackhead who attempted to attack a police officer with a knife and was shot to death. Anyways...the news found one of the guys hood rat friends and he was like (I'll attempt to recreate the slang) "yo man, dos cops shot my boy in cold blood..ya mean! He had a knife and like they shot him to death he didin't have a gun man ya mean!" Seriously are people getting dumber or am I get smarter?
