Religious texts do not prove that God exists, but only that some people believe that God exists. The mere fact that the universe exists is the only thing that I believe proves that God exists, as the uncaused original cause of all that is, no more and no less. God is to me that which just is and has always been and will always be.

Every time a Christian gives proof you atheist ask the same question but deny the proof and ask for different so we do and it's an endless cycle of rebellion.

The fact is you don't want to believe in God so you ask for something you already have, then disbelieve in it so you can feel better about your self.

The bible says that people will deny the sign, and the proof and go their own ways.
So congratulations you just proved the bible correct.

Give me any bit of proof that he DOESN'T exist. Seriously, I want to hear what YOU have to say.

I once asked someone that, and he showed me a Bible; saying that there was all the proof that I would need. It is hard not to accept that argument.
I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is a mischevious little monkey who is friends with the man in the Big Yellow Hat because I once read the book "Curious George"
I Read it in a book, so now I KNOW that it's true.

“The heavens are declaring the glory of God; and of the work of his hands the expanse is telling.”—PSALM 19:1.

The vast majority of mankind are not, some even denying that God exists. For instance, one astronomer wrote: “Was it God who stepped in and so providentially crafted the cosmos for our benefit? . . . A heady prospect. Unfortunately I believe it to be illusory. . . . God is not an explanation.”

Scientific research is limited—restricted to what humans can actually observe or study. Otherwise it is mere theory or guesswork. Since “God is a Spirit,” he simply cannot be subjected to direct scientific scrutiny. (John 4:24) It is arrogant, therefore, to dismiss faith in God as unscientific. Scientist Vincent Wigglesworth of Cambridge University observed that the scientific method itself is “a religious approach.” How so? “It rests upon an unquestioning faith that natural phenomena conform to ‘laws of nature.’” So when someone rejects belief in God, is he not simply exchanging one type of faith for another? In some cases, disbelief appears to be a deliberate refusal to face the truth. The psalmist wrote: “The wicked one according to his superciliousness makes no search; all his ideas are: ‘There is no God.’”—Psalm 10:4.

Belief in God is not blind faith, however, for there is overwhelming evidence of God’s existence. (Hebrews 11:1) Astronomer Allan Sandage said: “I find it quite improbable that such order [in the universe] came out of chaos. There has to be some organizing principle. God to me is a mystery, but is the explanation for the miracle of existence, why there is something instead of nothing.” The apostle Paul told Christians in Rome that God’s “invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they [disbelievers] are inexcusable.” (Romans 1:20) Since “the world’s creation”—particularly since the creation of intelligent human creatures, who could perceive God’s existence—it has been evident that there is a Creator of immense power, a God worthy of devotion. Those who fail to acknowledge God’s glory are thus inexcusable.

The only proof that I can think of that one of any number of gods "exist" is because they are in the mind of the believer. Gods only exist in the minds of their followers.

Proving God is the same as proving nothing. Both require faith and the very existence of God is why there is nothing because all paradox lies in, through and with HIM/HER. In the beginning God created male and female in God's image he created them. The image of God is both and why real loves creates one out of two.
