How do I go about setting up a "click to donate" website, like care2.com?

My local humane society needs help, and I was trying to figure out how to set up a click to donate site so that people that visit my webpage can click a link without having to donate any money. I appreciate any help/advice! :)

In developing your website www.paypal.com has information on how to set up such an account and how to place their donate icon to click on your website.
