We know that Moses primary language was Egyptian...but do you think the orginal script was in Hebrew? Also, what language do you think Adam spoke? I would think NOT Hebrew....since after the tower of Babel the 'one' language that was spoken became many....

I know I have seen two. For a period of time I was having bad nightmares and I prayed for God to make them stop. Two men knocked on my door, it was freezing outside but when I opend the door, it was warm. They prayed with me and left. I looked out the window and they disappeared. The nightmares stopped.

put on my hijab and told him we couldnt see each other any more, but we could talk about marriage later. he told me that he would never marry me unless i took off my hijab. he had also hit me and said very degrading things to me that week. so i left him and told him i never wanted to see him again. 2 months later i found out i was pregnant. b/ he was not a true Muslim and i knew he did not want to get married, i decided we should place the baby for adoption. we found a wonderful Muslim family who could not have children and they are raising him. but it is an Islamic adoption so we still see them. i want to get married soon and i'm wondering if you knew a girl who u liked and was a good Muslimah in my position... would you marry her?

i wont had my son and put the burden of my mistake on him. and i won't spend my life repenting to another human. i repent only to Allah. there is no need for politeness i only want to know what to expect.

To what extent should we hunt (online) and inform on self confessed pedophiles?

If some one posts on a blog

"I am a pedophile but I dont abuse children"

should we give them the benefit of the doubt? This guys arguement is that he is a "pedosexual" he is attracted to children (boys in particular) and that there is nothing wrong with that.

Its when you cross the line (he says) that you commit an actual crime your in the wrong.

Im not trying to sound like the thought police here, but I dont feel comfortable knowing people are in my community that profess to being sexually attracted to children and see that as being OK.

I have challeneged this individual to an open debate in a public arena, such as a FOX/CNN/BBC discussion board.

But what else can we do? Should we (as citizens) take pre-emptive steps to protect our children, or let the guy be free to roam and get aroused by our children?

I come from a christian family with very religous parents that believe in Jesus and God. I am now 17 and have no idea what to believe in. I have no reason to care about Jesus because when is the last time he did something good for me? When was the last time he could prove his existence? If he is still alive and on the "right hand of God" he obviously doesn't give a **** about me.

I have been listening to New Age music lately by people like Enya. It brings me peace and really relaxes me. I don't know much about the "New Age" religon but could anyone here that believes in this please tell me about it. Any Christians can comment to on whatever. I feel New Age may be the answer to everyones search for God and religon??

Tomorrow, I have an interview for a possible full-time Youth Pastor position at a local Baptist church. I just got to thinking...
Would they allow somoene on staff who is married to someone who had gotten a divorce? The reason was, he was not faithful. Maybe one can be youth leader, BUT not ordained?? Any ideas?

One of my closest friends has just come to terms with the fact that he's gay. He came out to his parents, and his dad has not spoken with him since. Now my friend wants to kill himself (he almost attempted it). I don't want to lose him, but i don't know what to say or do...HELP!!!
