My brother and my one uncle both married women who wern't catholic but they converted. *my sister-in-law did before hand and my aunt did awhile later*

and i don't want to have them convert *i'm not going to convert* or feel strange in a catholic church.

Hi,
I am planning to spend 10 lacks (25000 USD) on a small rural village development near 100 km from Hyd India.
I am confused on what makes a big difference in this and what makes to bring good life for next generation of that village?
(Employment, Education, Health ...)
PS: any input will be considered seriously.
Current State:
This village is very interior and not a good road (one lane buss route)
High school (10th class) education about 50% goes upto 10th class
No employment opportunities except agriculture
Not many educated people live/ visit this village (I am 1 of them)
Not many of those village roots are into business
Not many people will help the villagers (as villagers are rough & uneducated)
So far:
I setup fund for higher education since (3 years) then most of them are going to college education
Small (school & general books) library
govt doctor visit (2 days a week)
Veterinary clinic (Animal)
Market place once a week (sell cows,veg,cloths,etc)

Christianity is the one and only way. I mean, God sent His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus performed miracles..etc. A normal human being could not do this. But people in the world are still hard headed and choose to not believe or worship other things. Whats up with that?

My family ALWAYS chooses Thanksgiving, Christmas, Graduations, etc., to debate/ARGUE loudly about topics like religion, politics, the war in Iraq, money at MY house. What should I do? I am tired of being the referee as well as the hostess! HELP!

Is it ok to bash someone who doesn't agree with you, or even just for kicks? I know that you can't be made to 'grow up', but, sometimes I wish that certain leaders/levels can moderate this forum as well.
I am a christian. I have been bashed. I think more highly of most logical atheists, than misinformed believers, or people who just like to instigate. This won't change. This question will probably be deleted. But, I have to ask.....why? Why hurt someone? Can you not rise above human nature and control your impulses? This is what seperates us from animals. I would hate to think that my neighbor is just an animal, that could attack without provocation.
