Women should be whatever women want to be. The Bible matters about as much as a fart in the wind.

Paul said if one had wisdom, he would understand what he
said about women.
I don't know, but I've learned that men and women get to take turns in power on this world. The same with the races.
When women were last in power. Some were noble and honored men as equals. Most, probably could have cared less about men like today. And the worst was the Amazon
Society. They killed the male children and only kept enough for
breeders and slaves.
Many of the struggles men and women go thorugh are karmic.
But we make choices in the HERE and NOW as well.
In Pauls day, maybe what he said was right. But in our
time. Women need to be TRUE spiritual leaders. By True, I mean
that they can't empower women by berating men, that only
feeds the ego and makes one feel worse.
Our spirits choose to take on the role of male or female, to help our Creator to create LIFE. Our spirit is made of both the Masculine and Feminine aspects of the Lifeforce. And one cannot
exist without the other.

Teachers - yes. Preachers (as in the typical Protestant manner as a leader of a congregation) - no.
There are inherent differences in the way men and women handle things and in some cases men handle them better than women. (oops, did I just set back women's lib 50 years?) Women tend to merge things together - example if a woman hears some "juicy bit of gossip" about someone that sheds a negative light on that person, then we are more likely (IMO) to take that into consideration when we see/hear/experience something else concerning that person -whether it's a negative or a postive. Men on the other hand tend to pigeon hole everything. Once they hear something about a person/family they use that information only as it relates to the situation at hand. If it doesn't relate specifically to what they are dealing with at the moment, it doesn't play a part in the way they form a decision about the event/person/situation.
From a personal standpoint I feel much more at ease telling women some things - because of how we can see connections between unrelated things than I do men. But at the same time, I feel much more at ease telling men other things - because they don't see the connections between what I'm telling them and other things I've told them.

Biblically women were spiritual teachers, and were said to be so by prophesy. Please see Acts 2:17; Acts 18:24-26 and Titus 2:3. They were only limited in teaching in the congregation, where men presided. 1 Timothy 11,12.

The most dedicated, knowledgeable and religious person I have ever known was a Catholic sister. She served at a church where the pastor was mean and without compassion. She would have been much more qualified to be in his position. She was super intelligent and a true Christian and knew how to command respect. She should have been a priest. This is my humble opinion.

This is such a topic. Personally me being a women think that for the safty of women we were not meant to do certain things. Men and women were made differently and men are born leaders.

Only to children and other women. The Word speaks against women pastors or women teaching men.

I think it's okay actually. It probably wasn't acceptable in Biblical times, but we are obviously past that.
