Why do older people have a penchant in moving their jaws, looking like they are eating something when they are not? Are they playing around with their dentures, cleaning their teeth with their tongue or thinking of eating? I observe that they can do this action for a very long time non-stop? Why???

Even as a child, I could remember many events of my past-life. I kept talking about my family, my husband and my children when I was young. Eventually in my teens, my parents took me to the town where i claimed to have lived. And we were able to locate the family that i said was mine. My children had grown up and they verified that their mother died in the exact accidental manner that i had described throughout my childhood. I could remember their names even prior to meeting them,could tell them events that had transpired during their childhood and much more.

I dont see any way that anyone could dispute the existence of reincarnation after this. I have veritably seen in it my life although i do claim allegiance to any religion. And because of this experience in my own life,I can conclusively say that any religion which say that reincarnation does not exist,is completely and utterly false in this regards. I DO NOT dispute any other aspects of Chritistianity or Islam or anything else.

It says that the holy spirit intercedes for us with groans thant cannot be expressed with words. In what situations does the spirit do that (i know its when we dont know what to pray for, but I mean what TYPE of situations)? Like is it possible for us to be aware of the spirit interceding for us?

People out there who are catholic say that praying to god is good to cleanse you of sins, but confessing to a priest is also equally good. And doing both would be . . . well . . . awesome.

But there are some people on here that do not believe in confessions and argue about it not being true.

I am a Catholic but I am extremely confused about this, I have been taught that confession and Penance is a way but people here have been playing a tug of war on my faith because of the dispute over confession.

It even says in the bible confessions through a holy man (who are tools of god and messengers for him) is accepted . . .

Please help me.

Evolution, big bang, Faith, god, if you cant believe in God's everlasting powers, how can you believe in everlasting time? Agreed, people of other religions are infidels so its your duty to kill them but why there is killing amongst each other. In Iraq the Shias, Sunnis and Kurds are killing each other. The Americans are sitiing there and watching you jokers kill each other. Similarly in Pakistan. Clerics of one Madessara firing rockets at other. In Palestine its Hamas vs Fatah. Ever witnessed the meeting of Islamic countries? There is so much unity amonst them that one calls the other as Pig, the other calls him a Dog in return. Its a verbal duel just short of physical violence. So are we suppose to believe that Islam is a religion of peace.?

There was a man preaching on the street corner today while I was waiting for the bus. He tried to get my attention and called, "You, Young Man! Young Man! So I just flipped him off and told him to go f himself. The look in his face was one of actual hurt as though I was a member of his family and I hurt his feelings. He followed her to school each day
T'wasn't even in the rule
He made the children laugh and play
To have a lamb at school.
And then the rules all changed one day
illegal it became
To bring the Lamb of God to school
Or even speak His name.
Everyday got worse and worse

Instead of hearing children laugh
We heard gun shots and tears.
What must we do to stop the crime
That's in our schools today?
Let's let the Lamb come back to school
And teach our kids to pray.
