Your question contains a paradox. You say you love Jesus and God but that you don't know that they exist. Do I really have to spell out the delema in that statement for you?
While studying Christian theology at uni. many years ago I became intrigued whith the same question and wrote a paper on it that I entitled 'The Belief Barrier'.
Beleive me, I researched everything that Christian religious thinkers had to say about the subject throughout the centuries.
The conclusion of that paper -- and of everything else that I have read relating to the subject over the years since that time -- is that you simply cannot know for certain that Jesus / God exist in your capacity as an ordinary unenlightened human being.
By yourself you can only believe, hope, trust, and guess that they are real. That is the belief barrier.
Some humans, however, do know for certain that a creator exsists (wheather you call that creator: God, Buddha, Allah, or The Light makes no difference) not through their own efforts alone -- but because they have been granted the gift of enlightenment. That is really the only way of absolutley knowing the answer to your question.
For example you may have heard about people who have had near death experiences. Many of them have witnessed the love, light and omniscience that is the creator (which you call God), while they were dead and have been able to tell us about it when they were revived later on.
You have problaby also heard that other people try to make themselves worthy of and prepared for such enlightenment through: prayer, or mediation, or good works, or other actions.
But none of these are gaurenteed to work. Because enlightenment is a gift that can be given only by our creator. We do not control our creator. Therefore we cannot decide if and when the gift of enlightenment is given to us.
So, for the rest of us, we can only accept the reality of the belief barrier. We can only strive to love other people and to learn how to make ourselves worthy. But our doing so, really is an act of faith. It is not a result of 'knowing' anything.

Read the bible, pray and meet with other believers who will encourage you and build you up in your faith. Look into the reasons why the bible can be trusted. A good website is
www.christiananswers.net
if you go to the apologetics section you can build your faith by looking at evidence etc that the word of God is true and reliable. Another interesting thing to look at is bible prophecy - it is seriously amazing and proves the truth of the bible. There are hundreds of prophecies that have been fulfilled.
The bible says that God is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, so don't be half hearted - seek Him with your whole heart and you will find Him. Admire the beauty of His creation - and yes - it is His. Look at the intricacies of the world around you and nature. He created it in all its beauty and detail. Another interesting site is -
www.answersingenesis.com.au
finally, ask God in prayer to increase your faith and don't be afraid to ask the tough questions because I have found in my own life that this is how your faith gets stronger. By asking questions and getting adequate answers. In doing this you will have a faith that is emotionally, spiritually and intellectually satisfying. Not just a blind faith but a faith based on facts.
God bless you and keep you and cause His face to shine upon you!!

Depends upon which type of "evidence" you are seeking? God NEVER intended for ANYONE to have "blind" faith! There is tons of evidence out there in the world to prove beyond the shawdow of a doubt that Jesus Christ is who He claims to be, that the Word is True, that God really created the world as well as the universe...all you have to do is seek with all your heart & mind! The following are some excellent places to begin...

I'm not going to mince words. If you have to ask that question, what you need to do is, not just be sorry for sin, but realize you've offended a Holy God. Repenting is more than saying "I'm sorry"-you need to turn from sin, resist temptation and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. He took your punishment, paid your fine for breaking God's law, justice has been satisfied. When you realize this, and put your trust in Jesus, you'll answer your own question.

Ask. Jesus will answer...trust me. I prayed for help to remember an academic term the other day. I couldn't think of it for anything. As soon as I said amen, the word was right in my mind.
If you're looking for something a little more concrete, try these links. The first is proof of God's creation; the second is proof of the Bible's validity. ^^

It doesn't matter whether they are real if your love is real. I felt your blessing. How much more real do you need?
